Adopts stepless transmission, especially with reduction drive further enlarge its range of variable speed and output torque, and can better adapt to the requirements under various working conditions, make the efficiency of the best, in improving product yield and quality, meet the needs of product transformation, energy conservation, realize the mechanization, automation and so on various aspects of the whole system has significant effect. So the stepless transmission has bee a basic form of general transmission, used in textile, light industry, food, packaging, lifting transport, mining, metallurgy, agriculture, national defense and test and other kinds of machinery. Based on the analysis of various CVT and CVT bikes,in this dissertation ,we change some parts of the KoppB CVT forming a new kind of CVT used to the bicycle .They are used to input or output the power through the friction and a pair of helical gears is also used to adjust the speed, so the speed can change between and research shows that when the CVT are used in the bicycle ,they can significant improve the performance of bike so that all customers can use it convenient. Key words： The bicycle。采用無極變速器，尤其是配合減速傳動(dòng)時(shí)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大其變速范圍與輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩，能更好的適應(yīng)各種工況 要求，使之效能最佳，在提高產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。 由鋼球、主動(dòng)錐輪、從動(dòng)錐輪和內(nèi)環(huán)所組成。并對(duì)調(diào)速結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行合理設(shè)計(jì)。但是，機(jī)械無級(jí)變速器的真正發(fā)展是從上世紀(jì)后半葉開始的，主要是在汽車工業(yè)的驅(qū)動(dòng)下，并成為無級(jí)變速器的主流。 機(jī)械無級(jí)變速器的適用范圍廣，一般來說，使用無級(jí)變速器的主要 原因是：特殊應(yīng)用要求、操作簡(jiǎn)單性、高性能和高效率。它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、形式多樣的特點(diǎn)。 （ 3） 變節(jié)距式：變節(jié)距式無級(jí)變速器是近年來發(fā)展最快的一種無級(jí)變速裝置，并在汽車上得到了較為廣泛的應(yīng)用。但是變速器這一構(gòu)想的發(fā)明和出現(xiàn)將自行車的發(fā)展又提升到了一個(gè)新的高度，隨著變速器的出現(xiàn)進(jìn)一步提升了自行車行業(yè)的發(fā)展前景。此種自行車的行走和變速不用成組鏈輪和鏈條傳動(dòng)，成本低、重量輕，可實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)變速，速度轉(zhuǎn)換快，速比大。在自行車的結(jié)構(gòu)中 ，我們把連接兩個(gè)踏板 (腳蹬 )的軸叫主動(dòng)軸。變速器的設(shè)計(jì)就是為了改變主動(dòng)軸和從動(dòng)軸之間的傳動(dòng)比，從而達(dá)到省力，省車的目的。調(diào)速時(shí)，通過蝸桿 6使蝸輪 5 轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。當(dāng) 轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)主動(dòng)齒輪 6使從動(dòng)齒輪 4轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，從動(dòng)齒輪的曲線槽迫使傳動(dòng)鋼球軸7繞鋼球 5 的軸心線擺動(dòng)，傳動(dòng)輪 3 以及從動(dòng)輪 8 與鋼球 5 的接觸半徑發(fā)生變化，實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)速。軸 10 傳動(dòng)比 ，由于 ，所以 。 由以上數(shù)據(jù)查表，故選用 Y160L4 型電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。故選用45號(hào)鋼作為軸的材料，調(diào)質(zhì) 220～ 260HB。 2）根據(jù)軸向定位的要求確定軸的各段直徑和長(zhǎng)度 I 軸段安裝錐輪及加壓盤保持架，保證與軸配合的轂孔長(zhǎng)度，取 20Id mm? ，27IL? mm。 V 軸段根據(jù)軸承端蓋的裝拆及便于對(duì)軸承添加潤(rùn)滑劑的要求，采用迷宮式密封， 根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)取50 , 6VVd mm L mm??。按各段軸徑查得平鍵截面 Ⅶ : 8bh? ? ?? ， 40l? .為保證 Ⅶ 帶輪與軸配合有良好的對(duì)中性，故選擇 Ⅶ 帶輪輪轂與軸的配合為 76Hn ；同樣，密封擋圈與軸的配合為 76Hk 。為了節(jié)省工藝及成本。 表 角接觸球軸承 7006AC GB/T 2921994 基本尺寸 /mm 安裝尺寸 /mm 基本額定 d D B Da（ min） Da（ max）
