1 摘要 本文根據(jù)實(shí)際工程自動化技術(shù)改造需要,完成了全自動剪板機(jī)智能控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和調(diào)試。 說明書首先探討了全自動剪板機(jī)智能控制系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,根據(jù)實(shí)際需要,在常規(guī)的 PLC控制和單片機(jī)控制中選擇了以單片機(jī)為主的控制方案。 然后分析了單片機(jī)在自動控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,對硬件電路中的主要環(huán)節(jié):如輸入輸出接口的擴(kuò)展、鍵盤和顯示器電路、步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動控制、繼電器及 CPU監(jiān)控器 X25045電路等給出設(shè)計思路和具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。對軟件設(shè)計中的主要環(huán)節(jié):如編程器仿真器環(huán)境、控制軟件流程、主要功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)方法、軟件調(diào)試等進(jìn)行了論述。 考 慮到自動控制系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際工作環(huán)境中的可靠性和安全性,在硬件設(shè)計和軟件編程中采取了抗干擾措施,如采用監(jiān)控器芯片、設(shè)計檢測工作狀態(tài)程序等。 在設(shè)計自動控制系統(tǒng)的時侯,同時考慮今后技術(shù)改進(jìn)和推廣的需要,為系統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展留下了余地。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 自動剪板機(jī) 自動控制 單片機(jī)系統(tǒng) 硬件設(shè)計 軟件編程 2 Abstract According to the requirement of improving actual engineering automatic technology, the exploitation and debugging of the intelligent controlling system on plete automation board shears were finished in this paper. Firstly,the implement scheme of intelligent controlling system on plete automation board shears is to the practical needs and requirement of clients,the SCM controller was chosen as main control scheme between the conventional PLC controller and SCM controller. Secondly,the executing an needed in the automatic controlling system is analysed and then thedesign of mechanical part,such as the an of feeding,the an of precise length set and the an of charge and discharge, is also finished. Finally, the application of SCM in the intelligent controlling system was analyzed. The designing idea and specific implement methods of the important section of hardware such as the expanding of I/O interface, the circuit of keyboard and display, the driving controller of stepbystep electric machinery, the circuit relya and CPU monitor were given. The main section of software such as the environment of programming editor and emulator, the flow chart of controller software, the implement methods of primary function module and the debugging of software wer discussed Considering the reliability and security of intelligent controlling system in the practical working environment, antijamming measure was adopted,such as usisng the COMS chip and designing the program to inspect working state etc. After it was debugged, the practical effect is very good. When designing the intelligent controlling system, the requirements of technology improvement and spread are also considered, which leaves the space for the extending of system.
