【正文】 水泥工業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)審核分析 1 水泥工 業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)審核 摘要 ： 水泥制造業(yè)是基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)，也是高能耗工業(yè)，在產(chǎn)品的制造過程中將耗用大量的熱能和電能；同時(shí)水泥制造業(yè)也是高污染行業(yè)，主要污染物為粉塵，特別是干法水泥生產(chǎn)工藝，在工藝的全過程均有大量的粉塵產(chǎn)生，增加粉塵的回收量、消減其排放量，是水泥廠清潔生產(chǎn)的主要目標(biāo)。 本文通過 某水泥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)審核 工作的開展 ， 闡述 水泥企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)審核的過程，分析企業(yè)通過清潔生產(chǎn)審核獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益 ，說明清潔生產(chǎn)審核在水泥企業(yè)開展的可行性 和必要性 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 清潔生產(chǎn) 節(jié)能減排 水泥工業(yè) 粉（煙）塵 可持續(xù)發(fā)展 Cement industry of cleaner production audit ABSTRACT: Cement manufacturing is the basic industries, but also highenergy consumption industries, the manufacturing process of the product will consume a lot of heat and electricity。 At the same time, the cement manufacturing industry is highly polluting industries, major pollutants for the dust, especially the dryprocess cement production technology, In the process the whole process a lot of dust are generated, increasing the recovery of the amount of dust, to reduce their emissions, is the cement of the main objectives of cleaner production.
