I 摘 要 去年以來,我國(guó)專用車市場(chǎng)取得較好的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī),全國(guó) 395 家改裝車企業(yè)改裝汽車 萬輛,銷售 萬輛。自卸汽車 27125 輛,占總量的 % 。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需要不斷增加,自卸車產(chǎn)量近年來一直保持較高產(chǎn)銷量,在專用車綜合產(chǎn)量中保持第一位置,但在種類、型式、材料運(yùn)用方面與國(guó)外還有一定的差距。 本文首先對(duì)自卸車的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)以及國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了相關(guān)的概述。接著,從車廂的設(shè)計(jì)、舉升機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、取力器的設(shè)計(jì)等方面進(jìn)行了 EQ3090 自卸車的總體設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)主車副車架進(jìn)行了改裝與設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)整個(gè) EQ3090 自卸車的外廓尺寸、輪距與軸距尺寸、前懸后懸以及整車的裝載質(zhì)量、整備質(zhì)量、總質(zhì)量和軸載質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的計(jì)算與設(shè)計(jì)。 全套圖紙,加 153893706 關(guān)鍵字 :自卸汽車 ; 總體布置 設(shè)計(jì) ; 副車架 ; 軸載質(zhì)量 ; 舉升機(jī)構(gòu) II ABSTRACT Since last year, our country Special Purpose Vehicle industry is in the boom, with 395 car refit enterprise all around the country refitting thousand cars, selling thousand. auto unload vehicle the 27125 car, account for % of total deal. along with the development of local foundation facilities, in recent years auto unload vehicle yield has been keeping in higher production amp。 sales, remains in the first place in Special Purpose Vehicle production. In this paper, firstly, I made a general about the auto unload vehicle design and its development domestic and abroad. Then, at the point of partment, rising anization etc, I started the design of the EQ3090 auto unload vehicle. Also, I refit and designed the vicecar stalk. To whole EQ3090 the lading quantity, reanization quantity, measure, tread, wheelbase, forward suspension behind, proceeded the related calculation and design.
