I 摘 要 本設計新井為雞西礦業(yè)集團 東山 煤礦 ,共有 4層設計可采煤層,平均總厚度為 m, 煤的工業(yè)片牌號為 1/3 焦煤。設計井田的可采儲量為 。服務年限為 55a。劃分 三 個水平開采。 本設計礦井采用雙立井的開拓方式,集中大巷及采區(qū)石門的大巷布置方式。共劃分 6 個采區(qū),其中首采區(qū)為 2個,投產工作面 2 個,建井工期 個月。本設計采區(qū)為 東 一, 大巷道 膠帶輸送機 式下部車場,采用分區(qū)式通風, 綜合 機械化采煤。年工作日為 330 天,采用“ 三、八 ”式工作制,工作面長為 200m,每刀進度為 ,每日割 8 刀。提升設備為主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐籠提升。 由于本人知識有限, 缺乏一定的現場經驗。因此,本設計中難免會出現一些問題,請各位專家 老師不吝指正。 關鍵詞 : 生產能力 礦山機械 開采計劃 后退式回采 運輸系統(tǒng) 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II III Abstract The task of this design is to construct a tons new shaft for Jixi Ming mine has four minable Coal Seam, and its average thickness is 11 meters, types of coal seam is 1/3 coking coal. Designed field of minable capacity is million tons. It can adapt for 55years, and is divided into three level. This mine shaft is applied to double indined shaft development method。 Layout of gathing gallergand mining district eross heading。 This level is divided into 6 mining districts and 2 worked faces. Time of constructing shaft is months. This worked fece is middle 1 and right 1 worked face, ords 330 days every year. Adapt “ threeeight” work situation, work face is 200 meters length of circle is , and times is 8 one day. Because my limit working ability and time. There must be lots of faults in this design.
