I 摘 要 此次 設計 的 是 雞西 礦業(yè)集團公司 平崗煤礦 , 總 共有 3層可采煤層, 它們 分別為 3 3 38, 煤層總厚度為 m, 煤層工業(yè)牌號為 1/3 焦煤 。井田 走向長度平均為 5839 m,傾向長度平均為 2876 m,煤層平均傾角為 19176。, 設計井田的可采儲量 為 ,設計服務年限為。 本設計礦井采用雙立井的開拓方式, 劃分為 2 個水平, 18 個采區(qū)。兩個工作面達產(chǎn),達產(chǎn)時采區(qū)個數(shù)為 兩 個。 33層單獨開采, 3 38層集中開采。大巷運輸采用 10t架線式電機車牽引 3t 底卸式礦車運輸,采用的采煤方法為走向長壁采煤法,采煤工藝為高檔普采采煤工藝。 頂板處理方法為全部 垮 落法。 年工作日為 330 天,采用“ 四 — 六 ”式工作制,工作面長為 190m,每刀進度為 ,每日割 6 刀。提升設備為主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐籠提升。 關鍵詞 : 礦井設計 集中大巷 走向長壁采煤法 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II III Abstract This design is Mt / a new mine design of the Jixi Mining Group Pinggang mine.
