【正文】 1 附件一：報(bào)告撰寫格式及樣本 平面轉(zhuǎn)接器分析 主持人：陳俊雄 國立臺(tái)灣大學(xué)電機(jī)系 共同主持人： xxx (單位 ) 參與研究人員： xxx, xxx, … 摘要 本文介紹卓越計(jì)畫報(bào)告的參考撰寫格式。首先在第一頁內(nèi)標(biāo)明分項(xiàng)計(jì)畫工作項(xiàng)目 (或子項(xiàng)目 )的題目及參與人員，並撰寫中文摘要，中文部分請(qǐng)以一頁為原則，接著在第二頁起以英文方式描述該項(xiàng)目的報(bào)告內(nèi)容，除 Title、 Authors 及 Abstract外，正文略含 Introduction、 Theory、 Results、 Conclusions、 與 References 等部份。字體中文為標(biāo)楷體，英文為 Times News Roman，大小除工作項(xiàng)目名稱取 20pt，作者取 14pt，其餘正文均取 12pt，標(biāo)題則以粗體大寫強(qiáng)調(diào)之。文書系統(tǒng)請(qǐng)使用 Microsoft Word，最後並應(yīng)提供印出紙版及電腦檔案。版面設(shè)定為上下左右各留 3cm，紙張大小為 A4，頁次標(biāo)示在頁尾中，標(biāo)法請(qǐng)依分項(xiàng)計(jì)畫各工作項(xiàng)目 (或子項(xiàng)目 )頁次格式，如 1, – 2(或 ,)等。段落方面取 2 倍行高 (Double space)，段與段區(qū)不必再留額外 空白。圖表，下接其說明，但可置於文中或文後。印出的結(jié)果可參考底下所列印出的形式。頁數(shù)各工作項(xiàng)目 (或子項(xiàng)目 )以 10 頁為原則。 2 Analysis of Planar Transitions ChunHsiung Chen, YoShen Lin, and ChihWai Kao ABSTRACT Novel uniplanar 180o hybridring couplers consisting of coplanarwaveguide (CPW) rings and spiraltype phase inverters are proposed. In this study, CPW phase inverters with singlespiral and twinspiral type slotline short stubs are utilized to design the hybridring couplers. Specifically, two hybridring couplers with 33% (singlespiral type) and 40% (twinspiral type) bandwidths are implemented and examined, theoretically and experimentally. Keywords – Spiraltype phase inverter, 180o hybridring coupler. INTRODUCTION Hybridring couplers are fundamental ponents of microwave circuits such as balanced mixers, phase shifters, and feed works in antenna arrays. The ratrace hybridring coupler is the most mon one, but its area is undesirably large and its bandwidth is also limited due to the use of a 4/3g? line segment. In recent years, uniplanar transmission lines such as coplanar waveguide(CPW), slotline, and coplanar stripline are widely used in microwave integrated circuit(MIC) and monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC). Uniplanar lines have the merits such as easy realization of shortcircuit end, no need for via holes, low dispersion, and easy integration with active ponents or lump elements. Using uniplanar line 3 structures, several 180o hybridring couplers have been reported [1][3]. In those papers, suitable wideband open circuits have been properly incorporated in the hybrid design, since the bandwidth of a hybrid is mainly determined by the performance of these open circuits.
