第 1 頁 摘要 本次設計的 是 JS500 混凝土攪拌機的上料系統(tǒng)。 JS500 是 雙臥軸攪拌機,雙臥軸攪拌機是一種強制式攪拌機,具有攪拌質量好、生產效率高、適應性強的特點,已成為當前混凝土攪拌設備中配套主機的主導機型。 JS500 混凝土攪拌機的上料系統(tǒng)設計,內容包括料斗,上料架,卷揚機構的設計以及上料傳動的設計。在確定了上料系統(tǒng)的設計方案后,對料斗進行尺寸的設計,同時也確定了上料導軌的材料,安裝角度,及其導軌長度。 卷揚機構和上料動力系統(tǒng)是本設計的核心,其確保了物料能送入攪拌桶中,因此要選好鋼絲繩,確定好滾筒,以及做好上 料傳動的設計。 上料系統(tǒng)都設計好之后,用 AutoCAD 繪制裝配圖及零件圖。 關鍵詞 : JS500 混凝土攪拌機; 攪拌機;上料機構;結構設計。 全套圖紙,加 153893706 第 2 頁 Abstract This design is the JS500 mixer for feeding systems. JS500 is a twinshaft mixer which is a pulsory mixer, it has the mixing of good quality and high production efficiency, the characteristics of adaptability, so concrete mixing plant has bee the dominant model in supporting the host. JS500 concrete mixer feeding system design, included hopper, feeding racks, the design of the winch institutions and the design of the feeding drive. After you determine the design of feeding systems, design the size of hopper also determine the feeding guide on material, installation angle and the length of rail. Hoisting and material dynamic system is the core of this design they can ensure that the materials into the mixing drum.
