【正文】 PLC控制350混凝土攪拌機物機0723 摘要隨著城市建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展，混凝土攪拌機得到廣泛地應(yīng)用。混凝土攪拌機屬于雙錐型拌筒正轉(zhuǎn)攪拌，反轉(zhuǎn)出料的自落式混凝土攪拌機。是建筑工地、道路、橋梁水電等工程和中小型混凝土構(gòu)件廠生產(chǎn)的理想機械。因為目前混凝土攪拌機工作循環(huán)的控制全部是用模擬電路來實現(xiàn)的，所以呢，它的自動化程度還不高、可靠性差。為了能提高混凝土攪拌機的可靠性以及進一步實現(xiàn)自動化，我想出了用PLC來實現(xiàn)對混凝土攪拌機的控制。在論文中我主要完成了以下的工作：PLC(S7200)和混凝土攪拌機的介紹、用CAD畫混凝土攪拌機的電器控制圖、用CAD畫出PLC的外部接線圖以及順序控制圖、用STEP7Micro/WIN編寫了控制攪拌機的動作程序并成功了進行了調(diào)試，在論文的最后對混凝土攪拌機的安裝、維護和保養(yǎng)作了介紹。S7200 是一種小型的可編程序控制器，適用于各行各業(yè)，各種場合中的檢測、監(jiān)測及控制的自動化。S7200系列的強大功能使其無論在獨立運行中，或相連成網(wǎng)絡(luò)皆能實現(xiàn)復(fù)雜控制功能。因此S7200系列具有極高的性能/價格比。因此用S7200控制混凝土攪拌機是具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。關(guān)鍵詞：混凝土攪拌機、PLCS70200、S7200控制混凝土攪拌機AbstractWith the rapid development of urban construction, concrete mixer is widely applied.
