XX 大學畢業(yè)設計 I 摘 要 《多格盒注射模模具設計》是編寫者兩個月以來所編寫的畢業(yè)設計說明書。主要介紹:注射模的整個過程,包括成型零部件、推出機構(gòu)、流道等一些設計。在論文書寫過程中,通過一個月的時間對原始資料進行搜集,充分考慮模具的各種結(jié)構(gòu)并和指導老師及同學之間進行討論,最終選擇了論文所寫的模具結(jié)構(gòu)。 本論文的資料大多是編寫者結(jié)合三年所學的各方面的理論知識完成的,包括機械制圖、公差與配合、工程力學、機械設計、注射模具成型、工程材料等;一部分是通過查手冊所得;還有少部分是同學之間的交流和自己三年的實習總結(jié)。 關鍵詞: 三板模 ; 點澆口;推板 全套圖紙,加 1538937056XX 大學畢業(yè)設計 II Abstract The key point of the structure design of plastic injection mould with Vbelt pulley groove is the parting(,side action) and eyecting on the analysis of the technologacical characteristics of plastic pulley,a practical mould structure is presented,involving the design of ponents of mold and their working ensure the quality product,the side pulls and demoulding are acplished by use of the arrester,which prevents the side action of cavity splits at from the beginning of mould opening to a certain travel,as well as by use of angle slide ejecting mould is pact in structure,credible in pushout and easy in installing,maintaining and operating,The quality of product is good and the production effciency is high.
