This Specifications covers the technical requirements for the functional design, construction, performance, installation and missioning of the bypass dampers with accessories system. 本技術(shù)規(guī)范所提出的是最低限度 的技術(shù)要求，并未對(duì)一切技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)做出規(guī)定，也未充分引述有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范的條文。供方保證提供符合本技術(shù)規(guī)范要求和現(xiàn)行中國(guó)或國(guó)際通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品。 The contents of the specification are the minimum requirements, neither providing any technical details, nor referring to provisions of the relevant standards/specifications. The Supplier shall develop and supply qualified products based on the specification and present international codes and standards. 供方保證提供的設(shè)備應(yīng)完全符合本技術(shù)規(guī)范的要求。 The Supplier shall guarantee that the supplied equipment is in full pliance with this the requirements herein. 供方提供的設(shè)備應(yīng)是全新的和先進(jìn)的，并經(jīng)過(guò) 2 年以上運(yùn)行實(shí)踐已證明是完全成熟可靠的產(chǎn)品。同時(shí)必須滿足國(guó)家的有關(guān)安全、環(huán)保等強(qiáng)制性法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。 All equipments and ponents shall be advanced, new, plete in technology and process with experience at least two (2) years and reliable products. In addition, the delivery shall be conducted in accordance with the pelling requirements of applicable safety and environment laws and standards. 凡在供方設(shè)計(jì)范圍之內(nèi)的外購(gòu)件或外購(gòu)設(shè)備，供方應(yīng)至少要推薦 2 至 3 家產(chǎn)品供需方確認(rèn)，且需方具有選擇的權(quán)利，而且需方有權(quán)單獨(dú)采購(gòu)，但技術(shù)上均由供方負(fù)責(zé)歸口協(xié)調(diào)。 For any equipment and parts to be imported, within the Supplier’s scope of design work, the Supplier shall remend at least 2 –3 manufacturers for the confirmation of the Buyer. And the Buyer shall have right to choose the manufacturer and to solely purchase materials. However, the Supplier shall offer interface and coordination technically. 在簽訂合同之后，到供方開(kāi)始制造之日的這段時(shí)間內(nèi)，需方有權(quán)提出因規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)程發(fā)生變化而產(chǎn)生的一些補(bǔ)充修改要求，供方應(yīng)遵守這個(gè)要求，具體內(nèi)容由供需雙方共同商定。 During the time period from the conclusion of contract to the mencement of the Supplier’s fabrication, the Buyer is entitled to request modification due to the change of specifications, standards and/or codes.
