【正文】 1 【摘要】 本文通過用 VB 編寫 小區(qū) 物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)，利用軟件工程原理，采用生命周期方法學(xué)，其開發(fā)主要包括后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護(hù)以及前端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)兩個方面，實現(xiàn)了小區(qū)信息數(shù)據(jù)庫的創(chuàng)建及各種費用的收取、統(tǒng)計、匯總。 本文還簡單介紹了 軟件的界面及操作方法。簡要介紹了 窗體 的制作過程，程序的編寫，添加，最后的編譯過程。并且敘述了作者在軟件開發(fā)過程中的心得體會。 本系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)如下功能： 1．系統(tǒng)登錄：包括用戶登錄，修改密碼，添加用戶 ,退出系統(tǒng)。 1． 基本資料：包括住戶資料和財產(chǎn)資料信息管理 2． 物業(yè)管理：包括 物業(yè)設(shè)備 ,儀表數(shù)據(jù) ,停車場管理 ,收費管理 ,住戶投訴 ,住戶報修管理 ,設(shè)備維修管理等 . 3． 數(shù)據(jù)報表統(tǒng)計：包括物業(yè)設(shè)備 ,儀表數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計 ,收費統(tǒng)計 ,住戶投訴統(tǒng)計 ,住戶報修統(tǒng)計 ,設(shè)備維修統(tǒng)計等 . 本 系統(tǒng)投入使用后，改變了 以往小區(qū)物業(yè)管理過程中 的手工操作方式，提高了小區(qū)物業(yè)管理的效率，起到了良好的社會效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：小區(qū) 物業(yè)管理 數(shù)據(jù)庫 統(tǒng)計 匯總 【 Abstract】 2 This text passes and uses VB 6. 0 writes the administrative system of the property, utilize the soft project principle , adopt the cycle method of the life to study, it develops two respects of main development including settingup and maintenance and front application program of backstage supporter39。s database , realized the establishment of the information database of the district and collecting , statistics , gathering of different expenses.
