蘭州交通大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘要 本論文分析和評估城市地下工程施工新技術(shù)及工程應(yīng)用,主要包括城市地下工程施工新技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢、城市地下工程施工新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用條件及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、地下工程施工新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用案例分析與總結(jié)三個方面。 本文主要論述了 地下工程施工的關(guān)鍵技術(shù) ,如 新奧法、盾構(gòu)法、淺埋暗挖法 等方法 。使用 盾構(gòu)法、 新奧法 施工 作為一種施工理念已貫穿于各種施工技術(shù)之中。 而地下工程施工新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用案例中,本論文以上海地鐵為例,分別為上海地鐵 1號線為新奧法施工的案例, 2 號線以盾構(gòu)法施工的案例進行了分析。 施工機械方面,隧道掘進機( TBM)得到了優(yōu) 先發(fā)展。在隧洞快速開挖中 , 優(yōu)先采用隧道掘進機已成為國際發(fā)展趨勢。近代掘進機的最大特點是廣泛使用電子、信息技術(shù)對全部作業(yè)進行制導(dǎo)和監(jiān)控 , 使掘進過程始終處于最佳狀態(tài)。隧道掘進機是利用回轉(zhuǎn)刀具開挖,同時破碎洞內(nèi)圍巖及掘進,形成整個隧道斷面的一種新型、先進的隧道施工機械。 城市環(huán)保方面的發(fā)展趨勢,本論文在減少地面沉降、降低噪音、減少振動等方面(即地下工程施工對城市繁華街道的干擾如何減至最?。┻M行分析、綜合。 關(guān)鍵詞: 盾構(gòu)法,新奧法,掘進機,上海地鐵 蘭州交通大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract This thesis analysis and assessment of urban underground engineering construction of new technologies and engineering applications, including the status quo and development trends of the new technologies of the urban underground construction, conditions of the urban underground construction application of new technologies and key technologies, underground construction application of new technology case analysis and summary of the three aspects. The key technologies for underground construction of this thesis is mainly talked about the New Austrian Tunneling Method, Shield, mining method. Shield method, NATM as a construction concept throughout the various construction techniques. In the case of the underground construction application of new technologies, this paper takes Shanghai Metro as an example, respectively, for Shanghai Metro Line 1 as the new Austrian tunneling method construction case, line 2 to shield construction case analysis. Construction machinery, tunnel boring machine ( TBM ) was given priority development. In the rapid tunnel excavation, give priority to the tunnel boring machine has bee the trend of international development. Modern tunneling machine’ biggest characteristic is the widely use of electronic information technology, for all operation guidance and monitoring, so that the development process has always been in the best condition. Tunnel boring machine is the use of rotary cutting tool and broken surrounding rock excavation, tunnel and excavation, formed the entire cross section of the tunnel is a new, advanced tunnel construction machinery. City environmental protection trend of development, this thesis in the reduction of the ground settlement, reduced noise, reduced vibration, (., underground engineering construction of city bustling street how to minimize interference ), prehensive analysis.
