克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) 1 職業(yè)技術學院 畢 業(yè) 設 計 題目:《 20 億 M179。煤制天然氣項目氣化裝置灰鎖及水力排渣工藝淺 析 》 克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) 2 摘要 本次依據(jù)新天年產(chǎn) 20 億立方米煤制天然氣項目氣化工藝灰鎖排灰及水力排渣藝工段。本裝置加壓氣化裝置是賽鼎工程有限責任公司負責設計。本裝置由 22 臺碎煤加壓氣化爐(包括煤溜槽、煤鎖、氣化爐、洗滌冷卻器、灰鎖、廢熱鍋爐等配套設備)組成,按三個框架布置,其中 A、 C 框架各為 7 臺氣化爐, B 框架為 8 臺氣化爐??偖a(chǎn)氣量 946524Nm3/h(干基) ,單臺爐生產(chǎn)能力 43024Nm3/h,總 耗煤量 582t/h,總耗氧量 126280Nm3/h,過熱蒸汽總耗量 。每臺氣化爐同時配置了灰鎖和輔助的水力排渣系統(tǒng)。灰鎖和水力排渣系統(tǒng)緊密銜接,為氣化爐的排灰排渣就像人體的排泄系統(tǒng),至關重要,以保證氣化爐正常生產(chǎn)。首先介紹灰鎖和水力排渣在氣化爐工段中的位置,地位和作用,其次針對新天煤化工煤制氣,對灰鎖排灰和水力排渣過程中涉及到的技術進行初步詳細的分析(包括灰鎖,水力排渣工藝的原理及流程、開停車操作程序、工藝參數(shù)指標,常見故障處理等),然后對灰鎖,水力排渣系統(tǒng)中所用的設備 —— 橋式抓斗機的開停車操 作步驟要點以進行詳細分析,最后簡述灰鎖和水力排渣系統(tǒng)的其異常處理。 關鍵詞 : 灰鎖;水力排渣;工藝;要點;故障處理 克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) 3 克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術學院畢業(yè)設計(論文) 4 Keywords The basis of Xintian the basis Xintian with an annual output of 20 billion cubic meters of natural gas coal projects gasification ash lock row ash and hydraulic slag removal art section.
