河海大學(xué)環(huán)境工程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 1 頁 共 66 頁 5000m3/d 印染廢水處理工程設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)中,污水處理規(guī)模為日處理生產(chǎn)廢水 5000m3/d,進(jìn)水水質(zhì): COD 為 900mg/L, BOD為 250mg/L , SS 為 180mg/L,色度為 400 度, pH 為 6, NH3N 為 30mg/L。出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到《 紡織染整工業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 》( DB 32/6702021)中規(guī)定的排放的要求,即 COD≤100mg/L,BOD≤25mg/L, SS≤70mg/L,色度 ≤40 度, pH 為 6~9, NH3N≤15mg/L。 印染廢水具有色度高, COD、 BOD 含量高,成分復(fù)雜,水質(zhì)、水量變化劇烈等特點(diǎn)。因?yàn)橛∪緩U水屬 于難降解的廢水,所以本設(shè)計(jì)采用水解酸化提高廢水的可生化性。經(jīng)過方案比選,本設(shè)計(jì)采用 水解酸化 接觸氧化 混凝工藝 , 其處理效果明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)工藝,對 BOD、COD、 SS 有很好的處理效果,并具有能耗低、產(chǎn)泥量少的特點(diǎn),且剩余污泥可直接脫水。沉淀池后設(shè)置混凝沉淀池,作為三級(jí)處理,可獲得較好的出水水質(zhì),使廢水達(dá)標(biāo)排放。 經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析, 此方案投資總額 116 萬元,廢水處理成本為 元 /m3,有著良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。且節(jié)約用地、提高綠化、降低能耗的理念在設(shè)計(jì)中得到充分的實(shí)踐,符合新時(shí)代環(huán)保的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 印染廢水 水解酸化 生物接觸氧化 混凝沉淀 河海大學(xué)環(huán)境工程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 2 頁 共 66 頁 5000m3/d 印染廢水處理工程設(shè)計(jì)Abstract In this design, the scale of sewage treatment is to dispose wastewater 5000m3 / d, water quality: COD 900mg / L to 250mg / L, BOD, SS 180mg / L, the color is 400 degrees, pH, NH3N is 30mg / L Water quality can meet the emissions requirements specified in the textile industry standards for water pollutants (DB 32/6702021), that of COD ≤ 100 mg / L of BOD ≤ 25mg / L, SS ≤ 70mg / L, and chroma ≤ 40 degrees, pH 6 ~ 9, NH3N ≤ 15 mg / L. Dyeing wastewater is biodegradable wastewater, so the design uses a hydrolysis acidification to improve the wastewater biodegradability. After the program than the election, this design uses a hydrolysis acidification contact oxidation coagulation process, the treatment effect was better than the traditional process, BOD, COD, the SS has a good treatment effect, and has low energy consumption, sludge production is less features, and excess sludge can be dehydration. Set after coagulation and sedimentation, sedimentation tanks, as a tertiary treatment, to obtain better water quality, wastewater discharge standards. Technical and economic analysis of this scenario, the total investment of 116 million wastewater treatment cost is / m3, has a good economic and social benefits. And land conservation, and increase afforestation, the idea of reducing energy consumption in the design to be fully practice, in line with the requirements of a new era of environmental protection.
