【正文】 大連海事大學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 論 文 二○一 三 年六月 ┊┊┊┊┊┊┊裝┊┊┊┊┊┊┊訂┊┊┊┊┊┊┊線┊┊┊┊┊ 基于單片機(jī)的溫度控制系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計(jì) 專業(yè)班級(jí)： 09 級(jí)別 電氣 2 班 姓 名： 高全樹(shù) 指導(dǎo)教師： 王 瑩 輪機(jī)工程學(xué)院 基于單片機(jī)的溫度控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 工業(yè)技術(shù)水平正在不斷提高， 溫度控制成為工業(yè) 生產(chǎn)生活 等多 領(lǐng)域 重要的性能指標(biāo) ， 工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中需要 溫度控制具有可靠高效經(jīng)濟(jì)的特點(diǎn) ， 本設(shè)計(jì)迎合經(jīng)濟(jì)合理可靠性的需求 ，以 STC89C52MCU為核心 設(shè)計(jì) 溫度控制系統(tǒng) ， 因具有體積小、操作簡(jiǎn)單、造價(jià)合理 的特點(diǎn)而被廣泛采 用。 測(cè)溫采用 DS18B20，產(chǎn)自美國(guó) DALLAS 公司，是單線數(shù)字溫度傳感器 ，特點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、使用方便、價(jià)格適中， 僅 通過(guò)編程處理溫度信號(hào)，會(huì)變得十分復(fù)雜費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力，通過(guò) DS18B20 則可以節(jié)省很多時(shí)間人力。 DS18B20 的測(cè)溫范圍適中 ，在很多地方可以應(yīng)用。通過(guò)自行設(shè)置溫度上下限 ，可應(yīng)用于 農(nóng)業(yè)大棚溫度控制、 糧食存儲(chǔ)溫度控制、 冷凍庫(kù)房、 水溫控制等 很多 溫度控制系統(tǒng) 。 本設(shè)計(jì)以 STC89C52 為核心，設(shè)計(jì)制作具有 LCD 顯示溫度控制系統(tǒng)。測(cè)溫范圍為 55℃ 125℃，通過(guò)功能鍵可自行設(shè)置溫度控制范圍，低于溫度范圍最小值，繼電器吸合，加熱電路工作。高于溫度范圍最大值，繼電器控制加熱電路斷開(kāi)，停止加熱 ，從而保證控制環(huán)境溫度處于設(shè)置范圍內(nèi)。 第 2 章開(kāi)篇 介紹整體的功能框圖，接著 論述 了單片機(jī)引腳性能的、復(fù)位電路 設(shè)計(jì) 、時(shí)鐘電路 設(shè)計(jì) 、 鍵盤(pán) 功能設(shè)計(jì) 、 LCD1602 顯示 及 DS18B20 測(cè)溫原理和程序功能實(shí)現(xiàn)流程圖，最后介紹了編譯軟件和燒錄軟件的使用及其注意事項(xiàng) ， 和功能模塊組合到一起后上電調(diào)試遇到的問(wèn)題和解決方法。 關(guān)鍵詞：溫度控制 、 單片機(jī) 、 DS18B A/DC080 LCD1602 基于單片機(jī)的溫度控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract With the development of industrial level, the temperature control system bees more important in different areas, the industrial area requires the temperature control with reliable and efficient economic characteristics , this design can suit the requirement . The MCU STC89C52 is the main part of the temperature control system. It has a small size and can be easily operated. The price of it is cheap, so it is widely accepted and used. We use the DS18B20 sensor to measure the temperature. It is produced by DALLAS Company. The DS18B20 is a kind of digital sensor with easy structure and cheap price. If you deal with the temperature signal through programming, it will be very plicated, if we use the DS18B20 sensor, we can save a lot of hard work. The temperature range of DS18B20 is widely used, you can set the value of the temperature. It can be used in agriculture greenhouse and the water temperature control system. We use the STC89C52 chip as the main part of the system design, the design aims to build the temperature control system with the LCD displaying function. The control temperature range is between 55℃ and 125℃ . The user can set the temperature range, when the temperature is lower the min value, the relay closes, the heating circuit begins to work. When the temperature is higher than the max value, the heating circuit stops working, aiming to achieve the goal that the temperature is in the control range. At the beginning of the chapter two, the paper introduces the whole functional diagram, then introduces the function of MCU’s pins, the design of clock circuit and the design of keyboard. Then the paper introduces the design of LCD displaying and the temperature measurement principle of DS18B20. The paper introduces the flowchart of the programming, and the precaution of using the programming software. At last the paper bines the different functional blocks together. Then we begin debugging the temperature control system.
