基于單片機溫度控制系統(tǒng)硬件設計摘 要溫度是工業(yè)控制中主要的被控參數(shù)之一。隨著電子技術和計算機技術的迅速發(fā)展,微機測量和控制技術得到了迅速的發(fā)展和廣泛的應用。單片機具有處理能力強、運行速度快、功耗低等優(yōu)點,尤其在溫度測量和控制反面,控制簡單方便,測量范圍廣,精度高,得到廣泛應用。本設計以 AT89C52 單片機為核心的溫度控制系統(tǒng)。溫度傳感器為鉑電阻PT100,并把模擬信號傳送給 ADC0808,然后經(jīng) ADC0808 的轉換后傳送給單片機。該控制系統(tǒng)的硬件部分包括:信號調(diào)理電路、模擬轉化電路以及 LCD 顯示電路。單片機對采集信號進行相應處理,從而實現(xiàn)溫度控制的目的。文中還著重介紹了軟件設計部分采用模塊化結構。主要模塊有:鍵盤掃描及鍵盤處理程序、AD 轉換程序、LCD 顯示程序。設計初始采用 Proteus 仿真軟件調(diào)試成功,再利用 Altium Designer 制作PCB 板。完成 PCB 制板后,調(diào)試硬件電路,同時將仿真所寫程序代碼燒寫進焊接完成的電路板,最后再通過實物完成設計工作。關 鍵 詞:單 片 機 , 總 線 讀 取 , Proteus 仿 真 , PCBTHE TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON MCU HARDWARE DESIGNABSTRACTTemperature is one of the main accused parameters in the industrial control. MCU has been widely used by handling ability run fast and low power consumption, especially in temperature measurement and control negative simple control and convenient wide measurement range high accuracy.This design takes AT89C52 microcontroller integrated circuit as core temperature control system. The temperature sensor is PT100, and transmitted the analog signal to the ADC0808, then converted by the ADC0808 sent to MCU. The hardware of the control system include: signal conditioning circuitry、analog conversion circuit and LCD display circuit. MCU process the signal, in order to achieve the temperature control. The article also emphatically introduced the software design part, uses the modular structure here, the main module includes: keyboard scanning and pressed key disposal procedure, AD signal processing procedure, and LCD display procedure.The design of the initial Proteus simulation software debugging, reuse of Altium Designer production of PCB board.
