【正文】 XXXXXXX 大 學 畢 業(yè) 論 文 （設 計） 題目 三層電梯模擬控制 指導教師 XXXXXX 學生姓名 XXXXXX 學生學號 XXXXXXXXX 信息工程 系 XXXX 專業(yè) （ 1） 班 2021 年 4 月 10 日 XXXXX 畢業(yè)論文 1 三層電梯模擬控制 摘 要 電梯是標志現代物質文明的垂直運輸工具、是機 — 電一體化的復雜運輸設備。它涉及電子技術、機械工程、電力電子技術、微機技術、電力拖動系統和土建工程等多個科學領域。目前電梯的生產情況和使用數量已成為一個國家現代化程度 的標志之一。隨著現代化城市的高速發(fā)展，每天都有大量人流及物流需要輸送。為節(jié)約用地和適應經貿事業(yè)的發(fā)展，一幢幢高樓拔地而起，這些高層建筑的垂直運輸是一個突出問題，與人們的工作和生活緊密相關。 隨著我國經濟的高速發(fā)展，微電子技術、計算機技術和自動控制技術也得到了迅速發(fā)展，交流變頻調速技術已經進入一個嶄新的時代，其應用越來越廣。而電梯作為現代高層建筑的垂直交通工具，與人們的生活緊密相關，使得人們對電梯的要求也越來越高。目前已不僅限于要求電梯搭乘快速、舒適，制造堅固，裝潢考究，人們對電梯的安全可靠性及多功能性正提出 越來越高的要求 本論文的 程序的設計利用西門子 S7200 系列 PLC 進行編程試驗。根據任務要求進行程序編寫、控制系統框圖、流程圖的設計、 I/O 分配、梯形圖的繪制、程序的調試與分析。 關鍵詞： 電梯 PLC I/O 分配 梯形圖 THREE ELEVATORS SIMULATION CONTROL ABSTRACT 三層電梯模擬控制 2 An elevator is symbol of modern material civilization of vertical transport, is the machine, electricity integration of plex transportation equipment. It involves the electronic technology, themechanical engineering, the electric power electronic technology, themicroputer technology, the electric power drives the system and thecivil engineering and so on many scientific domains. At present theelevator production situation and the use quantity have bee one ofnational modernization degree symbols. Along with the modernized cityhigh speed development, has the massive streams of people and thething class every day needs to transport. In order to save with andthe adaption economics and trade enterprise development, a flickeringtall building rises straight from the ground, these highriseconstructions vertical transportation are a prominent question, withpeople39。s work and life close correlation. With the development of the economy, microelectronic technology, puter technology and the automatic theory are developed rapidly, the AC variable frequency technology has been in a new state. Its application is being more and more widely. But the elevator as an important traffic in skyscraper， it also has developed quickly with the improving requirement of the people ,causesthe people more and more to be also high to the elevator request. Atpresent not only has been restricted in requests the elevator totravel by fast, fortable, manufacture firm, the decoration iselegant, the people to the elevator security reliability andmultipurpose were proposing the more and more high request. The design xploitationsiemens S7200 series PLC of tis procedure carries on weaving a distance to experiment. the control system frame diagram,flow chart of the design,the I／ O allotment,the trapezoid diagram dram,the procedure adjust to try with the analysis.
