【正文】 吉林工程技術師范學院畢業(yè)論文 1 摘要 隨著我國社會經濟的發(fā)展,住房制度改革的不斷深入,人們生活水平的不斷提高,城市中各類小區(qū)建設發(fā)展十分迅速,同時也對小區(qū)的基礎設施建設提出了更高的要求。小區(qū)供水系統(tǒng)的建設是其中的一個重要方面,供水的經濟性、可靠性、穩(wěn)定性直接影響到小區(qū)住戶的正常生活和工作,也直接體現(xiàn)了小區(qū)物業(yè)管理水平的高低。傳統(tǒng)的恒速泵加壓供水、水塔高位水箱供水、氣壓罐供水等供水方式普遍不同程度的存在效率低、可靠性差、自動化程度不高等缺點,難以滿足當前經濟生活的需要。 水塔水位控制系統(tǒng)是我國住宅小區(qū)廣泛應用的供水系統(tǒng),傳統(tǒng)的控制方式存在控 制精度低、能耗大的缺點。在水資源日益匱乏的今天,節(jié)約用水、提高水資源的利用率就顯得十分必要。傳統(tǒng)的水塔水位控制為粗放式的,基本沒有對水泵的合理控制,且多為人為控制,工作強度大、危險。所以除了浪費電能外,還造成了人力資源的浪費。采用新型的 PLC 控制供水方式與過去舊的控制方式相比在運行中的經濟性、可靠性、穩(wěn)定性、等方面有顯著優(yōu)勢,特別是在提倡低碳的情況下有很好的節(jié)能效果,且由于 PLC 強大的擴展性可以適應今后城市供水建設的發(fā)展。 在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)設備及自動化項目中, PLC的可靠性、抗干擾性等諸因素是繼電器無法比擬的。隨 著計算機技術的不斷發(fā)展,它給工業(yè)自動化帶來了革命性的變革。這個變革是由繼電器控制到計算機控制的飛躍 。利用 PLC控制的特點是 : ①可靠性高,抗干擾能力強;②配套齊全,功能完善,適用性強;③操作簡單,易學易用,深受工程技術人員歡迎 [4]。 ④系統(tǒng)的設計、建造工作量小,維護方便、易于改造;⑤體積小、質量輕、功耗低。 因此綜上所述,為了達到節(jié)能的目的提高供水系統(tǒng)的質量,考慮采用可編程控制器( PLC)、繼電器。傳感器技術和數(shù)據(jù)采集,設計一套實用水位控制方案,使系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)自動控制,以提高控制精度、可靠性和供水質量。 并通過模中文 摘要 2 擬仿真來驗證程序編寫的正確性。 本文首先闡述了課題背景,在分析了當前研究中存在的問題的基礎上,論 述了本課題研究的重要意義。 并根據(jù)水塔水位控制系統(tǒng)的控制要求以及控制原理確定水塔水位控制系統(tǒng)的硬件設計,畫出系統(tǒng)流程圖,確定 PLC系統(tǒng)的輸入輸出分配,編寫程序,系統(tǒng)的模擬仿真等。最終完成基于 PLC的水塔水位控制系統(tǒng)的設計。 關鍵字 : PLC 自動控制 供水系統(tǒng) 吉林工程技術師范學院畢業(yè)論文 1 Abstract With China39。s social and economic development, housing system reform in depth, and continuous improvement of people39。s living standard, various types of residential construction and development in the city very quickly, but also put forward higher requirements for the district39。s infrastructure.
