中南大學(xué)本科生論文 Xray 殘余應(yīng)力分析系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 本科畢業(yè)論文 (設(shè)計(jì) ) 題 目 : Xray殘余應(yīng)力分析系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名 :趙英華 指導(dǎo)教師 :龔海 學(xué) 院 :機(jī)電工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí) :機(jī)械 1005班 完成時(shí)間 : 20xx年 5月 27日 本科生院制 20xx 年 5 月 中南大學(xué)本科生論文 Xray 殘余應(yīng)力分析系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 1 摘要 目前,國(guó)內(nèi)殘余應(yīng)力測(cè)量機(jī)構(gòu)多為手動(dòng)或半手動(dòng) 裝置且定位精度不高,無(wú)法滿足制造業(yè)需求。 故 本 文旨在設(shè)計(jì)一種四自由度( 即 X、 Y、 Z 三維平動(dòng)和 Z 向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng) )的全自動(dòng)、高精度、新型結(jié)構(gòu)平臺(tái),通過(guò)此平臺(tái)的移動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)放置在其上的 Xray 殘余應(yīng)力分析 儀器的精確定位, 以達(dá)到高精度測(cè)量金屬表面殘余應(yīng)力的預(yù)期效果。 本 文在 X、 Y 方向設(shè)計(jì)了滾珠絲杠副結(jié)構(gòu)滿足傳動(dòng)進(jìn)給要求, Z 向設(shè)計(jì)了行星滾柱絲杠副結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)傳動(dòng)和一對(duì)圓錐滾子軸承實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。 確定 了 系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)主要尺寸參數(shù),其中著重進(jìn)行了三向進(jìn)給傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算及校核。采用 Pro/E 軟件進(jìn)行三維模型繪制,重點(diǎn)繪制了行星滾柱絲杠副,滾珠絲杠副三維模型結(jié)構(gòu),最終構(gòu)造四自由度平臺(tái)三維整體模型,另外,在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中對(duì)預(yù)緊、預(yù)拉伸、調(diào)隙及軸承固定等具體結(jié)構(gòu)也進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。后期采用 Pro/E 軟件對(duì)此平臺(tái)進(jìn)行外觀造型設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 四自由度 Xray 殘余應(yīng)力 行星滾柱絲杠副 三向進(jìn)給傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)計(jì)算 三維模型繪制 中南大學(xué)本科生論文 Xray 殘余應(yīng)力分析系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 2 Abstract At present, the domestic residual stress measurement instrument mostly are manual or semimanual device and its positioning accuracy is not high, which Can not meet industry needs .This thesis aims to design a fully automatic four degrees of freedom, highprecision, new structural platform. By moving this platform, where the Xray residual stress analysis instruments is placed to achieve precise positioning. In order to achieve highprecision measurement of metal surface residual stress effects which is expected. In the design process, using ball screw deputy achieve X, Y direction requirements of feed transmission, plaary roller screw deputy achieve Z direction requirements of feed transmission, a pair of tapered roller bearings for rotating the Z direction. The transmission system analysis and calculation was Completed. Determine the main dimensions of the system structure, which were focused on three directions drive feed transmission system design calculations and checking. The threedimensional model was drawn by Using Pro / E software Focus drawn threedimensional model of the structure of plaary roller screw deputy and ball screw deputy. Eventually construct a threedimensional model of four degrees of freedom platform. In addition, the specific structure of preload, prestretch, transfer gap, and bearing fixed also were designed and constructed in the design process.
