【正文】 分類號 學(xué) 號 20xx090205 學(xué)士學(xué)位論 文 大型螺旋槳雙面加工銑床結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 學(xué)科門 類: 機(jī) 械 類 學(xué)位申請人: 張 麗 隸屬系 部: 機(jī)電工程系 指導(dǎo)教 師: 張慧鵬 講師 董芬 助教 申請日期 : 20xx年 6月 Yuncheng University I 大型螺旋槳雙面加工銑床結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 設(shè)計 總說明 螺旋槳是一類典型的自由曲面零件廣泛應(yīng)用于航天、航海等行業(yè)。它的曲面形狀和制造精度直接決定了推進(jìn)的效率和噪音的大小,研究其設(shè)計與加工對于軍工和整個航運(yùn)都有著極其重要的意義。 本論文主要針對螺旋槳的結(jié)構(gòu)、加工特點(diǎn),設(shè)計了一種能夠同時加工兩個自由曲面的雙面加工銑床的結(jié)構(gòu)部分,重點(diǎn)包括整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和主軸裝夾結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。 該機(jī)床主要由機(jī)架部分、兩套主軸裝夾機(jī)構(gòu)和螺旋槳裝夾機(jī)構(gòu)組成。螺旋槳安裝后,機(jī)床能同時加工螺旋槳槳葉的上下兩面,并且使兩面產(chǎn)生的加工應(yīng)力基本抵消,既提高了銑削的精度,又避免了換面安裝時所帶來 的定位誤差。另外,當(dāng)一個槳葉加工完成后,可通過螺旋槳裝夾機(jī)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)動,來加工其他葉片,一次安裝即可加工所有槳葉,加工精度和加工效率都可以提高。 銑床整體為立式混聯(lián)機(jī)床;主軸裝夾機(jī)構(gòu)由 2維平動工作臺和 3軸并聯(lián)工作臺組成,能實(shí)現(xiàn) 5個自由度的移動;螺旋槳夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)由 1維平動工作臺、旋轉(zhuǎn)工作臺和夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)組成,可以方便螺旋槳的安裝和轉(zhuǎn)動。 該銑床的設(shè)計,對提高螺旋槳的加工精度和加工效率有著重要意義。 關(guān)鍵詞: 并聯(lián)機(jī)床;螺旋槳加工;雙面銑床 II The Propeller Doublesided Processing Structure Design Design Description Propeller is a kind of typical freeform surface parts widely used in aerospace, navigation, etc. Its curved shape and manufacture of precision directly determines the efficiency of propulsion and the size of the noise, studies the design and processing for the military and the whole shipping has extremely important significance. In this thesis, the physical construction of doublesided milling machine that can machining doublefreeform surface at the same time is designed, in accordance with the structure and processing characteristics of large propeller, the design highlights include the whole structure design and spindle clamping mechanism design. This machine is posed of two sets of spindle clamping institutions and propeller clamping mechanism position. The doublefreeform surface of propeller blade can be machined by the milling machine at the same time after the propeller is installation ,so the two machining stress can be counteract each other. In this way, not only improves the precision of milling, but also avoid the positioning error when changing face when installed .In addition, after the machining of a propeller blade is finished, the propeller can roll by the propeller clamping mechanism position, then all propeller blades of the propeller can be machined, so the quality and efficiency of the machining can improve. The milling machine is vertical Parallel Machine Tool. The spindle clamping institutions is consist of 2degreeoffreedom translation worktable and 3 axis parallel translation worktable of workbench. So the spindle clamping institutions can move in 5degreeoffreedom. The propeller clamping mechanism consists of a 1degreeoffreedom translation worktable a rotary worktable and clamping mechanism position. So the propeller clamping mechanism position can plete the installation and rotation of the propeller. The design of the milling machine makes great importance for improving the quality and the efficiency of machining of the large propeller.
