【正文】 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 I 頁(yè) 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 海濱樂園 1高層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu) 住宅樓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 在這個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)迅速發(fā)展、城市外來人口急劇增加的時(shí)代, 住房建設(shè)用地日趨緊張。 為解決過多人口的住房問題, 新建 高 層建筑 也隨之 越來越 多 。 在滿足抗震要求的同時(shí), 新的結(jié)構(gòu)形式 同樣也 在不斷的發(fā)展,其中剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)就廣泛用于高層住宅。因此,對(duì)高層住宅剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行研究具有具有重要的理論和實(shí)現(xiàn)意義。本設(shè)計(jì)為 海濱樂園 1樓高層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)住宅樓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 。 建筑面積為 9789 平方米,地下一層,地上十 三 層, 底層高 3 米,其余層 高 米,總高度 米, 三單元 一梯兩 戶 布局 。本設(shè)計(jì)在確定剪力墻布局之后 ,先 分別 進(jìn)行重力荷載計(jì)算、風(fēng)荷載計(jì)算、水平地震作用計(jì)算 之后 , 再 根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)在水平地震作用、風(fēng)荷載作用和豎向荷載作用下的內(nèi)力計(jì)算進(jìn)行內(nèi)力組合,選取最安全的結(jié)果計(jì)算配筋并繪圖。整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,嚴(yán)格遵循相關(guān)的專業(yè)規(guī)范的要求,參考相關(guān)資料和有關(guān)最新的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn) 行了 綜合全面的科學(xué)性考慮。 關(guān)鍵詞: 剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu) ; 高層建 筑 ; 居住房屋 ; 地震 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 II 頁(yè) The design of highrise and shearwall structural highrise residential buildings numbered 1 belonging to HaiBingLeYuan block Abstract With the rapid development of economic construction, the sharp increase of city population, housing construction land increasingly nervous.
