【正文】 摘 要 本設(shè)計 是二十 一 層賓館的建筑給排水設(shè)計，主要包括給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)、熱水系統(tǒng)。給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水，一到二層為 為一區(qū)， 由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水；三層到十 二層為 二 區(qū)， 十三層到二十一層為三區(qū)。 由水泵從地下貯水池加壓供水，并設(shè)變頻調(diào)速裝置 。排水系統(tǒng)采用污、廢水分流制，坐便器出水直接排入市政污水管網(wǎng)；底層單獨排水，排水立管設(shè)專用通氣管。消防系統(tǒng)主要采用室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)，火災(zāi)初期 10min 消防用水量由屋頂消防水箱供給，消防水箱的水源由生活水泵從生活水池抽取； 10min 后的消防啟動消防水泵，從消防水池抽水供消火栓使用。熱水系統(tǒng)采用閉式機械循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，熱水的分區(qū)系統(tǒng)同冷水系統(tǒng)；采用集中熱水供應(yīng)，熱源來自市政熱媒管網(wǎng)（ ），冷水經(jīng)過容積式加熱器加熱后供向配水管網(wǎng)。 關(guān)鍵詞 建筑給排水 高層建筑 Abstract The design of posite hotel buildings is the construction of 21 water supply and drainage design, including water supply system, drainage systems, fire protection system, hot water systems.
