本次設(shè)計(jì)題目為北京市東城人民醫(yī)院住院樓給水排水工程設(shè)計(jì)。該建筑屬于綜合性大樓，為中危險(xiǎn)等級(jí)建筑物。具體設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目為：室內(nèi)給水工程，室內(nèi)排水工程，室內(nèi)消防工程（包括消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴淋系統(tǒng)），室內(nèi)熱水工程，共5部分。生活冷水給水系統(tǒng)分高、低分區(qū)。低區(qū)1～4層由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水，采用下行上給式供水方式；高區(qū)5～16層由水箱、水泵聯(lián)合供水，采用上行下給式供水方式。地下室設(shè)有貯水池和水泵房。屋頂設(shè)高位水箱，生活水箱與消防水箱分設(shè)。消火栓系統(tǒng)不分區(qū)，采用水箱和水泵聯(lián)合供水的臨時(shí)高壓給水系統(tǒng)。每個(gè)消火栓箱內(nèi)設(shè)消防泵啟動(dòng)按鈕，消防時(shí)可直接啟動(dòng)水泵。屋頂水箱貯存有10分鐘的消防水量?；馂?zāi)延續(xù)時(shí)間以2小時(shí)計(jì)。采用濕式自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。每四層一個(gè)區(qū)，設(shè)一根立管，共四根立管。水箱高度不滿足該系統(tǒng)對(duì)水壓的要求，因此在水箱旁設(shè)增壓穩(wěn)壓設(shè)備。濕式報(bào)警閥設(shè)置于地下室內(nèi),水力警鈴裝在報(bào)警閥附近?；馂?zāi)延續(xù)時(shí)間以1小時(shí)計(jì)。室內(nèi)熱水采用集中式熱水供應(yīng)方式，分高低兩個(gè)區(qū)，低區(qū)14層采用下行上給式供水方式；高區(qū)516層采用下行上給式供水方式。采用干管循環(huán)。排水采用合流制，分區(qū)與給水系統(tǒng)相同。每根立管都單獨(dú)出戶。低區(qū)1～4層不通氣，高區(qū)5～16層采用伸頂通氣，低區(qū)都不通氣。本設(shè)計(jì)說明書詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算過程。并且闡述了幾種防噪措施，以供參考。關(guān)鍵詞：給水、排水、熱水、消火栓、噴淋、分區(qū)、水泵、水箱、水池。ABSTRACT 系統(tǒng)選擇建筑內(nèi)采用獨(dú)立的生活給水系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)資料,已知室外給水管網(wǎng)常年水頭為22米,不能滿足該建筑的用水要求,故室內(nèi)給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)給水方式,分為高低兩區(qū)。 低區(qū)14層由城市管網(wǎng)直接供水，采用下行上給供水方式；高區(qū)516層由水泵水箱聯(lián)合供水，采用上行下給供水方式。但高區(qū)下三層（即7層）, 故在這三層的橫支管上設(shè)減壓閥。高區(qū)管道路徑為：城市管網(wǎng)地下貯水池水泵層頂水箱高區(qū)各層用水點(diǎn)。為供水安全，高區(qū)與低區(qū)連通。由于市政給水管網(wǎng)不允許生活水泵直接抽水，在地下室內(nèi)設(shè)貯水池和泵房，屋頂閣樓內(nèi)設(shè)水箱，水箱內(nèi)設(shè)水位繼電器自動(dòng)控制水泵運(yùn)行。 系統(tǒng)組成整個(gè)系統(tǒng)包括引入管，水表節(jié)點(diǎn)，給水管網(wǎng)及附件，此外尚包括高區(qū)所需地下貯水池，加壓泵和屋頂水箱。 給水管道布置與安裝⑴各層給水管道采用暗裝敷設(shè)，管材均采用給水塑料管（埋地引入管采用給水鑄鐵管），采用承插式接口，用彈性密封套連接。⑵管道外壁距墻面不小于150 排水工程 系統(tǒng)選擇室內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)采用合流制排水，分兩個(gè)區(qū)進(jìn)行排放。低區(qū)14層滿足不通氣的要求，不設(shè)通氣管；高區(qū)516層滿足伸頂通氣的要求，設(shè)伸頂通氣管。 系統(tǒng)組成 該系統(tǒng)由衛(wèi)生潔具、排水管道、檢查口、清掃口、室外排水管道、檢查井、潛污泵、集水井等組成。 熱水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng) 系統(tǒng)選擇室內(nèi)熱水采用集中式熱水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng), 用半容積式加熱器, 蒸汽來自城市蒸汽管網(wǎng)，水加熱器出水溫度為70℃。分區(qū)與
