【正文】 I 會澤縣大海草山風(fēng)景區(qū)融資模式研究 摘要 會澤縣地處云南 省東北部、金沙江東岸 ，屬于西部欠發(fā)達地區(qū)。盡管經(jīng)濟基礎(chǔ)較為薄弱，但是自然風(fēng)光絢麗多姿，民族風(fēng)情古樸濃郁，對國內(nèi)外旅客具有強烈的吸引力，因此大海草山風(fēng)景區(qū)是會澤縣最重要的旅游資源之一。旅游業(yè)作為會澤縣的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，創(chuàng)造了巨大的經(jīng)濟和社會效益。從現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展情況看，會澤縣旅游業(yè)正處于升級的關(guān)鍵時期，面臨著旅游資源深度開發(fā)、改善旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、實現(xiàn)粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變等一系列的資金需求，而財政資金對旅游業(yè)的投入有限，因此選擇適宜的旅游融資模式，從而促進旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與資本 市場有效結(jié)合，推動旅游業(yè)依賴自身的資本運作和外部資金投入進入良性循環(huán)狀態(tài)，進而加快“旅游大縣”向“旅游強縣”轉(zhuǎn)變的步伐，對會澤縣旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義，對同處云南邊陲的其他旅游縣市發(fā)展旅游也提供一個參考。 本文在應(yīng)用旅游經(jīng)濟學(xué)、融資學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學(xué)等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，深入探討旅游業(yè)的融資特性，和旅游業(yè)的融資方式相結(jié)合。在闡述了近年來會澤縣旅游業(yè)融資模式的歷史、現(xiàn)狀與演變規(guī)律之后，提出會澤縣旅游業(yè)所要選擇的融資模式，并對融資模式配套環(huán)境的完善提出對策建議。 關(guān)鍵詞：會澤縣，大海草山，融資模式 II Abstract Huize located in southwest China sleep, are less developed western regions. From the development stage, the tourism industry is at a critical period of Huize upgrade, faced with deep development of tourism resources, improving tourism infrastructure, to achieve extensive to intensive series of financial needs, while financial resources for tourism investment industry is limited, so choose the appropriate financing model of tourism, so as to promote the tourism industry and the effective integration of capital markets, promote tourism rely on their own capital and external capital investment into a virtuous cycle of state, and thus speed up the tourist county to tourism county, the pace of change, the development of tourism in Huize has important practical significance to the other tourist cities and counties with the development of tourism at the border of Yunnan also provide a reference.
