【正文】 學(xué) 士 學(xué) 位 論 文 律師事務(wù)所辦公管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 作 者 姓 名： 學(xué)科、專(zhuān)業(yè) ： 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù) 113 班 學(xué) 號(hào) ： XXXXXXXXX 指 導(dǎo) 教 師： XXX 完 成 日 期： 大連大學(xué) Dalian University 律師事務(wù)所辦公管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 總計(jì) : 畢業(yè)論文 66 頁(yè) 表 格 7 表 插 圖 38 幅 指導(dǎo)教師： 評(píng) 閱 人： 完成日期： I 摘 要 隨著信息化辦公的不斷發(fā) 展，律師事務(wù)所的業(yè)務(wù)也越來(lái)越繁忙，傳統(tǒng)的管理方法已經(jīng)不能被滿(mǎn)足。因此，需要轉(zhuǎn)變思想，以面對(duì)未來(lái)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。律師事務(wù)所辦公管理系統(tǒng)主要針對(duì)律師事務(wù)所業(yè)務(wù)流程的管理而進(jìn)行的 開(kāi)發(fā)，目的是為了提高管理人員的工作效率以及服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 考慮到未來(lái)系統(tǒng)的升級(jí) 以及為客戶(hù)提供全面、優(yōu)質(zhì)、高性?xún)r(jià)比的服務(wù)體驗(yàn)，本系統(tǒng)采用客戶(hù)機(jī) /服務(wù)器結(jié)構(gòu)。 是一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的 Web 開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)，它提供開(kāi)發(fā)人員創(chuàng)建企業(yè)級(jí) Web 應(yīng)用程序所需的服務(wù)。 它專(zhuān)為客戶(hù) /服務(wù)器計(jì)算環(huán)境而設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)制功能，強(qiáng)大的管理工具和開(kāi)放式的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu) ,為發(fā)布信息 ,解決方案提供了一個(gè)卓越的平臺(tái)。 本系統(tǒng)是 針對(duì) 律師 事務(wù)所 設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的律師事務(wù)所信息 管理系統(tǒng)， 本系統(tǒng) 基于 B/S模式的律師業(yè)務(wù)管理的實(shí)現(xiàn)，采用的是 .NET+SQL 20xx 模式的電子服務(wù)平臺(tái)。 本 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)上采用 Web Service 技術(shù)，使之在選用平臺(tái)、采用技術(shù)上具有先進(jìn)性、前瞻性、擴(kuò)充性，從而保證建成的系統(tǒng)具有良好的穩(wěn)定性、可擴(kuò)充性。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化，分層設(shè)計(jì)，構(gòu)件化實(shí)現(xiàn)。從功能上來(lái)說(shuō)，系統(tǒng)是比較完備的，系統(tǒng)以 Web 界面與用戶(hù)交互，為用戶(hù)提供信息并接受其操作，同時(shí)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)來(lái)存儲(chǔ)信息數(shù)據(jù)。系統(tǒng) 實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)信息數(shù)據(jù)的瀏覽、查詢(xún)、編輯和管理等基本數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)操作，采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法，根據(jù)用戶(hù)的需求及程序的應(yīng)用與維護(hù)，將各個(gè)部分置于不同的模塊當(dāng)中，方便了程序的擴(kuò)展與維護(hù)。 本 文主要闡述了基于客戶(hù)機(jī)／服務(wù)器計(jì)算模式下的律師事務(wù)所辦公管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)策略，并詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了其所有子系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)τ脩?hù)信息、案件流程 信息 、 卷宗進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的管理， 包括對(duì) 的各項(xiàng)信息完成增加、刪除、修改、查詢(xún) 等相應(yīng)功能。 對(duì)費(fèi)用的清算可進(jìn)行自動(dòng)求和， 以 方便與使用者的操作 。 關(guān)鍵詞： .NET、 信息管理 、 sql 20xx II Abstract With the continuous development of informatization office, law firm39。s business is being more and more busy, the traditional management methods have not be met. Therefore, we need to change ideas, to face the future petition. Law firms office management system mainly for the management of the business process of the development, the purpose is to improve the management work efficiency and service quality. Considering the future upgrades and provide customers with prehensive, high quality, costeffective service experience, this system adopts client/server structure. is a unified Web development platform, it provides developers create enterprise Web application services required. It is specially designed for client/server puting environment of internal data replication, powerful management tools and the system structure of open mode, to release information, solution provides an excellent platform. This system is aimed at law firms design and development of management information system, this system based on B/S model of lawyer business management implementation, is adopted. NET + SQL 20xx model of electronic service platform. This system design USES the Web Service technology, to choose in the platform, use technically advanced, forwardlooking, expand, thus ensuring built into the system has good stability, scalability. System design according to the standardization and normalization, hierarchical design, ponent implementation. The system is relatively plete, the system with the Web interface and user interaction, providing users with information and accept its operation, at the same time through a database management system to store information data. System realizes the information data browsing, query, editing and managing basic database operations, such as the method of modular design, according to user requirements and procedures of the application and maintenance, put the parts in different module, convenient for the expansion of the application and maintenance. This article mainly elaborated based on client/server puting mode of the law firm office management system development strategy, and details the analysis, design, and implementation of all subsystems. The system to the user information, process information of cases, file management, including all the information to plete the corresponding functions such as add, delete, modify, query. Liquidation can be carried out automatically sum of expenses, with convenient and user39。s operation.
