【正文】 江泉電子擴(kuò)展項(xiàng)目地基處理方案設(shè)計(jì) I 摘要 地基處理的目的主要是提高地基強(qiáng)度和控制地基變形，為建筑物建設(shè)和以后的使用提供安全保障。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)所涉及的建筑物場地為邯鄲江泉電子擴(kuò)展項(xiàng)目，工程條件較差，天然承載力不足，因此需要對天然地基處理，以滿足建筑物對地基強(qiáng)度要求的需要。 常用的地基處理方法有樁基礎(chǔ)和復(fù)合地基，根據(jù)該場地的各種巖土工程勘察資料，本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)對場地地質(zhì)條件進(jìn)行 室內(nèi)土工試驗(yàn) 分析和現(xiàn)場原位試驗(yàn)評價(jià)，通過比較各種地基處理加固方法和施工工藝程序，決定采用 CFG 樁復(fù)合地基進(jìn)行處理。設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容為樁長選取 20m 和樁徑選取 500mm，單樁承載力的 計(jì)算結(jié)果為 1078kN，樁間距 及面積置換率 ％ ，計(jì)算復(fù)合地基承載力 500kPa 和沉降量 ，滿足建筑物的安全。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：地基處理 復(fù)合地基 CFG 單樁承載力 河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract The main purpose of the foundation treatment is improve the strength of foundation and deformation control of foundation, to provide security for the use of the building construction and future. The graduation design of the building site for Handan jiangquan elect expansion project, engineering conditions, natural bearing capacity is insufficient,so we need make a natural foundation treatment, in order to meet the needs of the building requirements。 The mon foundation treatment methods consist of pile foundation and posite foundation, according to the site of all kinds of geotechnical engineering investigation data about this item, the graduation design evaluate geological conditions of indoor soil test analysis and insitu test . By paring all kinds of foundation reinforcement method and construction process, the CFG pile foundation treatment is chosen . The main contents of design is that the pile length choose 20m and pile diameter select 500mm, single pile bearing force calculation results for 1078kN, pile spacing of and area displacement rate of % and calculation of posite foundation bearing capacity and settlement of the calculus 500kPa. This design can ensure the building safety.
