【正文】 哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 I 學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 長(zhǎng)春北郊污水處理廠污水深度處理工程設(shè)計(jì) 哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 II 摘 要 淡水資源在全球范圍內(nèi)是非常寶貴和稀缺的資源,合理利用、節(jié)約用水、減少污染、污水處理、開(kāi)發(fā)新技術(shù)等是必行措施。城市污水是水污染大戶,故對(duì)城市污水進(jìn)行處理并回用是保護(hù)環(huán)境與緩解用水危機(jī)的有效途徑之一。 此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市北郊污水廠深度處理工藝進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。經(jīng)綜合考慮后,本設(shè)計(jì)主體處理構(gòu)筑物采用機(jī)械攪拌混合池、網(wǎng)格絮凝池和斜板沉淀池,經(jīng)過(guò)處理后使污水達(dá)到國(guó)家的一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。二級(jí)處理后的污水經(jīng)機(jī)械攪拌混合池充分混合后,進(jìn)入網(wǎng)格絮凝池反應(yīng),形成 大量絮凝體,而后進(jìn)入斜板沉淀池,降低污水中的 BOD, COD, SS,處理后的污水進(jìn)入接觸池消毒,達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括: 城市污水 處理方法的綜述、工藝流程圖的確定、主要構(gòu)筑物尺寸設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算、主要設(shè)備選型、污水高程計(jì)算等方面。同時(shí)附有工藝流程圖、平面布置圖、 絮凝池 、 斜板沉淀池 等主要構(gòu)筑物的平面圖及剖面圖。本設(shè)計(jì)的完成將有利于 長(zhǎng)春市 污水的達(dá)標(biāo)排放, 從而緩解長(zhǎng)春市的用水危機(jī), 減少對(duì)環(huán)境的危害。 關(guān)鍵詞: 深度處理;混合;網(wǎng)格絮凝池;斜板沉淀池 Engineering design of advanced wastewater 哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 III treatment for Changchun Northern suburb sewage treatment plant Abstract Fresh water resources in the global scope is very precious and scarce resources, reasonable use, save water, reduce pollution, sewage treatment, the development of new technology, is will do measures. The graduation project is about the northern suburb of Changchun City wastewater treatment plant advanced treatment process design and consideration,mechanical mixing pool,grid flocculation pool and inclined plate sedimentation tanks are adopted in this design,the effluent is made to attain The First Discharge Standard Of The secondary treatment effluent mixed by mechanical mixing pool,into the grid flocculation tank react and produce large amounts of floc,then into the inclined plate sedimentation tanks,at the same time BOD,COD,SS are last,it es into the contact pool to antisepsis,making the effluent be up to the standard of the discharge. This design content mainly includes: the urban sewage treatment methods were reviewed, process flow diagram, the main structures to determine the size, the main design and calculation of equipment type selection, sewage elevation calculation, etc. At the same time a process flow diagram, the floor plan, flocculation pool, the inclined plate, the plan of the main structures traps and section.
