廣州大學(xué)松田學(xué)院 畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) 題 目 基于電流互感器干衣機(jī)抽氣扇啟動(dòng)開關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì) 基于電流互感器的干衣機(jī)抽氣扇啟動(dòng)開關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 : 在現(xiàn)代科技的高速發(fā)展中,我們的生活對電器的依賴也越來越重。尤其是家用電器。隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,干衣機(jī)也漸漸地進(jìn)入了人們的視線范圍。越來越多的家庭和商業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)開始熱充于使用干衣機(jī)。在使用干衣機(jī)的過程中,也會遇到一些問題,其中最大的問題是干衣機(jī)運(yùn)作的過程中 2 會排出的廢氣和產(chǎn)生的高溫。 為 了將干衣機(jī)在工作時(shí)的廢氣排出,本設(shè)計(jì)采用電流互感開關(guān)對排氣扇進(jìn)行控制。然后將交流繼電器和電流互感開關(guān)組合成本設(shè)計(jì)。原理是:當(dāng)干衣機(jī)啟動(dòng)的時(shí)候,就有電流穿過電流互感器,然后交流繼電器的線圈得電,進(jìn)而繼電器的常開觸點(diǎn)閉合。排氣扇開始工作。而本設(shè)計(jì)采用對比調(diào)試法,對電流互感開關(guān)進(jìn)行調(diào)試和整機(jī)調(diào)試,經(jīng)過焊接調(diào)試后,本設(shè)計(jì)能成功完成設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。 最終達(dá)到了自動(dòng)抽出有害氣體和高溫的良好效果。 關(guān)鍵詞: 電流互感器,交流繼電器,排氣扇 3 Abstract: In the rapid development of modern science and technology, our life has bee increasingly dependent on electrical appliances weight.
