Battery as a modity, in the circulation process needs packaging, packaging cell function application automation improve battery packing efficiency, reduce the production cost, this paper packaging automation for the number five batteries, design of the feeding mechanism of the battery packaging machine. Firstly, the overall design scheme, make the spiral transmission pair for the battery feeding scheme, characteristics analysis of the scheme, then the motor selection for key transmission parts, design, strength check of important parts, the life of the shaft and bearings are calculated, the important parts of the structure design, including material selection determine the size, structure, process, and meet the demand for cooperating with other parts etc..
