【正文】 大連理工大學(xué) 本科 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 牙膏 瓶 蓋注塑模具設(shè)計(jì) Design of the injection mold for the cover of a toothpaste bottle 學(xué) 院(系): 機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 評(píng) 閱 教 師: 完 成 日 期: 大連理工大學(xué) Dalian University of Technology 牙膏 瓶蓋注塑模具設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 進(jìn)入 21 世紀(jì)以來(lái),我國(guó)在模具行業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛。模具行業(yè)為推動(dòng)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活各領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。隨著我國(guó)進(jìn)入“十二五”快速發(fā)展時(shí)期, 在 機(jī)械、汽車、家電、電子信息和建筑建材等領(lǐng)域?qū)λ芰夏>叩?強(qiáng)烈市場(chǎng) 需求 推動(dòng)下,塑料模具的發(fā)展前景一片光明。 其中 復(fù)雜、高精 度、多功能復(fù)合型模具成為未來(lái)模具行業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。 我國(guó)從改革開放開始, 對(duì)國(guó)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)的消化吸收,特別是計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在整個(gè)制造領(lǐng)域的成功應(yīng)用更是大大地推動(dòng)了模具行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展。近年來(lái)我國(guó)在模具行業(yè)取得長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步,新材料、 新工藝、 先進(jìn)加工設(shè)備 不斷出現(xiàn)。模具零件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、專業(yè)化和商品化已達(dá)到 較高 的 水平 。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容是牙膏 瓶 蓋注塑模具。塑件的材料為聚乙烯( PE) 。根據(jù)牙膏蓋的結(jié)構(gòu) 形狀 特點(diǎn) 以及現(xiàn)有的注塑成型工藝,采用齒輪齒條脫螺紋機(jī)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了高效的旋轉(zhuǎn)自動(dòng)脫螺紋注塑模具。 脫螺紋機(jī)構(gòu)有圓柱直齒輪、齒條、直齒錐齒輪、螺紋型 芯組成 。為實(shí)現(xiàn)塑件的快速成型、脫模 ,采用點(diǎn)澆口的澆注方式以及二次分型的三板式模具結(jié)構(gòu)。本文對(duì)注塑 模具進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹,對(duì)于自動(dòng)脫螺紋的過(guò)程以及原理進(jìn)行了闡述。對(duì)齒輪齒條脫螺紋傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,對(duì)注塑模具中的主要零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算 , 并在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中著重考慮了生產(chǎn)實(shí)際中的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和合理性。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 注塑模具;內(nèi)螺紋;點(diǎn)澆口;齒輪齒條機(jī)構(gòu) 牙膏瓶蓋注塑模具設(shè)計(jì) II Design of the injection mold for the cover of a toothpaste bottle Abstract In the 21st century, the mold industry of China has rapid development. Mold industry contributes greatly to promote China39。s economic development in all areas of life. As China into the second FiveYear period of rapid development in machinery, automobile, home appliances, electronic information and the field of building materials such as plastic mold, are driven by strong market demand, and these give plastic mold industry bright prospects. The future development of the industry focuses on the plex, high precision, multifunctional posite mold. The reform and opening up of China for digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology, especially in the field of puter technology in the successful application of the entire manufacturing has greatly promoted the rapid development of the mold industry. In recent years, China has made great progress in the mold industry, new materials, new technology and advanced processing equipment. Mold parts standardization, specialization and mercialization have reached a higher level. The content of this paper is to design the injection mold for a toothpaste cap. The material is polyethylene plastic (PE). According to the shape characteristics of toothpaste cap structure and the existing injection molding process, the use of gear and rack as the screwseparating mechanism, this paper designs an efficient spin injection mold with autooff thread. Unscrewing institutions include spur gears, the rack, straight bevel gears and the screw core. To achieve rapid forming of plastic parts and mold opening, a point gate and secondary mold opening structure of threeplate molds are used. This paper briefly describes the injection mold, the autooff thread process and principles of mold design. Unscrewing of the gear and rack driving system for the mold design and the main parts of the plastic injection mold are calculated, and the actual production of economic rationality is also considered in the design process.
