【正文】 摘要 自動(dòng)柜員機(jī) (ATM)因操作簡(jiǎn)單，不受時(shí)間限制，方便存取現(xiàn)金等特點(diǎn)，能夠提高銀行工作效率，吸引客戶，成為銀行業(yè)不可或缺的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。特別是我國(guó)加入 WTO后，國(guó)內(nèi)各大銀行為了應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)外銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，均加快了自身轉(zhuǎn)型，大力發(fā)展自助金融業(yè)務(wù)。但目前存在的問(wèn)題是我國(guó)存在的 ATM分布并不十分合理，有些區(qū)域 ATM網(wǎng)點(diǎn)分布密度過(guò)大，存在資源浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象；而有些區(qū)域分布不足，甚至在有些區(qū)域是空白。這樣就不能很好的為客戶服務(wù)，如何科學(xué)、合理地設(shè)置銀行 ATM網(wǎng)點(diǎn)成為銀行亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 影響 ATM 選址的因素特別 多，本文通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查廣州市天河區(qū)龍洞 ATM 樣本網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的區(qū)位影響因素，采用主成分分析法篩選出了影響 ATM 選址的六大因素：常住人口數(shù)量，流動(dòng)人口數(shù)量、公共服務(wù)設(shè)施數(shù)量，大中專院校數(shù)量和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)。 本文主要內(nèi)容共分為五部分：首先，介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外 ATM 研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，存在的問(wèn)題、研究的目的及意義以及結(jié)構(gòu)安排。其次，概述了與 ATM 機(jī)項(xiàng)目選址相關(guān)工業(yè)區(qū)位論物流中心選址理論；再次，介紹了與 ATM 選址所用到的選址理論及模型。然后，確定了選址相關(guān)的區(qū)域需求總量模型、區(qū)域選擇模型、位置選擇模型，最后，用對(duì)選址進(jìn)行模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)，并以 廣州市天河區(qū)龍洞為例，闡述了如何應(yīng)用模型來(lái)確定新增的 ATM 機(jī)選址。 關(guān)鍵詞： 自動(dòng)柜員機(jī) (ATM)， 離行網(wǎng)點(diǎn) ， 選址 ATM 機(jī)離行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選擇 1 / 45 Abstract ATM, short for automatic teller machine, is an indispensable infrastructure for banking industry. Using ATM, a bank can improve work efficiency to attract clients because of many advantages, such as operation simplicity, time unlimitation and transaction convenience. In order to advance core petence to cope with the petition from foreign banks, particularly after joining WTO, banks in China accelerate their own transformations and develop selfhelp financial business. However, the current problem is that the existing ATMs39。 distribution is not reasonable. In some areas ATM sites are distribution density and result in resource waste. On the contrary, in some areas they39。re insufficient distributed, even some are blank. Therefore, now it39。s a problem to be solved to how to set up ATMs both scientifically and rationally. There are numbers of segments to influence ATM39。s location selection. In this article we used field survey to investigate the segments of the sample ATMs in Longdong, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Then we used PCA (principal ponent analysis) to filter six main segments: number of permanent population, number of floating population, number of public service facility, number of university and moderate speciality school and petitors39。 sites. This article includes five parts. Above all, we introduced present development situation of ATM researches at home and abroad, existing problems, research purpose, research significance and structure arrangement. Next we summarized the project site and ATM locationrelated industries as well as location theory of mercial. Then we introduces location theories and models are used in the article. Finally we determined the model: region total demand model, region selection model, location selection model and took Longdong for example to express the way to apply those model to select a new ATM site.
