畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目: 基于 PLC 的四層電梯控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 系 別: 信息與控制學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 自動(dòng)化 學(xué)生姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 2021 年 6 月 15 日 I 摘 要 本論文介紹了用歐姆龍 PLC 來(lái) 控制四層電梯的 運(yùn)行 系統(tǒng) 。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)電梯所存在的一些不合理問(wèn)題,提出 用 PLC 對(duì) 電梯 控制 系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造的方案 , 而且還考慮到了管理智能化和操作簡(jiǎn)單化 ,成功的改善了 傳統(tǒng)電梯 元 件多、線路復(fù)雜、成 本高、可靠性低的狀況。 本設(shè)計(jì) 采用歐姆龍 CPM1A 型號(hào) PLC 實(shí)現(xiàn)了電梯的啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)行、停止等功能。假如 電梯轎廂開(kāi)始在一樓,當(dāng)有轎廂外的乘客有呼叫請(qǐng)求時(shí),電梯轎廂會(huì)滿足該樓層乘客的呼叫請(qǐng)求,到達(dá)后,電梯轎廂自動(dòng)停止并開(kāi)門(mén)和關(guān)門(mén)(定時(shí)為 2 秒)。 轎廂在向上(下)運(yùn)行時(shí),只能滿足同向的呼叫請(qǐng)求,反向呼叫請(qǐng)求不能響應(yīng) 。假如在電梯運(yùn)行的時(shí)候,反方運(yùn)行前方?jīng)]有其他乘客的呼叫請(qǐng)求 時(shí) ,那么轎廂此時(shí)會(huì)滿足該呼叫請(qǐng)求。 本設(shè)計(jì) 對(duì)轎廂的模擬運(yùn)行 采用了世紀(jì)星組態(tài)軟件來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn) 。 最后經(jīng)過(guò)仿真調(diào)試證明本系統(tǒng) 在控制方面和運(yùn)行方面都可以實(shí)現(xiàn)較好的 效果。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 電梯; 可編程邏輯控制器 ; 組態(tài) 軟件 II Abstract This paper describes using Omron PLC to control of fourstory elevator system. For a traditional lift the unreasonable problems, proposed programme for the reconstruction of the elevator control system with PLC and intelligent but also taking into account the management and operation simple, successfully improved traditional elevator more original, plex, high cost and low reliability of the circuit status. This design using Omron PLC CPM1A model to realize the lifts start, run, stop, and other functions. If the elevator car start on the first floor, when there are passengers out of the car when a call request, elevator call request will meet passengers on the floor, arrive, elevator car stop and open and close automatically (scheduled for 2 seconds). Cabin in the up (bottom) at run time, only with the request to call reverse call cannot respond to the request. If in the elevator when the opposition did not run in front of other passengers when a call request, then the cabin appears to satisfy the call request. The design on the simulation run adopt the centurystar configuration software to achieve. Simulation debugging finally proved in terms of both control and operation of the system can achieve better results.
