【正文】 YL335B自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線分揀單元論文設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的最大特點(diǎn)是它的綜合性和系統(tǒng)性,綜合性主要涉及機(jī)械技術(shù)、微電子技術(shù)、電工電子技術(shù)、傳感測(cè)試技術(shù)、接口技術(shù)、信息變換技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)等多種技術(shù)有機(jī)地結(jié)合,并綜合應(yīng)用到生產(chǎn)設(shè)備中;而系統(tǒng)性指的是生產(chǎn)線的傳感檢測(cè)、傳輸與處理、控制、執(zhí)行與驅(qū)動(dòng)等機(jī)構(gòu)在微處理單元的控制下協(xié)調(diào)有序地工作,有機(jī)地融合在一起。本系統(tǒng)完成一個(gè)工件的拆卸、分揀工作,模擬一個(gè)生產(chǎn)流水線的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。首先由供料站提供原料,運(yùn)輸站將其送至加工站加工,然后送至裝配站進(jìn)行安裝,最后由分揀站進(jìn)行分揀。 設(shè)計(jì)以送料、加工、裝配、 輸 送 、分揀等工作單元作為自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的整體設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)成一個(gè)典型的自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的機(jī)械平臺(tái),系統(tǒng)各機(jī)構(gòu)的采用了氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)、變頻器驅(qū)動(dòng)和步進(jìn)(伺服)電機(jī)位置控制等技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)的控制方式采用每一工作單元由一臺(tái) PLC承擔(dān)其控制任務(wù),各 PLC 之間通過(guò) RS485 串行通訊實(shí)現(xiàn)互連的分布式控制方式。所以,本設(shè)計(jì) 綜合應(yīng)用了多種技術(shù)知識(shí),如氣動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、機(jī)械技術(shù)(機(jī)械傳動(dòng)、機(jī)械連接等)、傳感器應(yīng)用技術(shù)、 PLC 控制和組網(wǎng)、 步進(jìn)電機(jī)位置控制和變頻器技術(shù)等。 關(guān)鍵字 變頻器 PLC 電機(jī) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) ( 論文) II Abstract The biggest characteristic of automatic production line is a prehensive and its system, prehensive mainly relates to the mechanical technology, microelectronics technology, electrical and electronic technology, sensor technology, interface technology, information transformation technology, work munication technology and other technology anically, and applied to production equipment and systems。 that is production line of sensing, processing and transmission, control, execution and driving mechanism in the control of the micro processing unit of work coordinately, anically fuses in together. First by the feeding station to provide raw materials, transport station will be sent to the processing station for processing, and then sent to the assembly station for installation, and finally by the sorting station sorting. Design work to feed, processing, assembling, transporting, sorting unit as the overall design of automatic production line, forming a mechanical platform is a typical automatic production line, the mechanism of the system adopts pneumatic drive, inverter drive and stepper (servo) motor position control technology. Control system adopts each work unit is posed of a PLC for the control task, the PLC through the RS485 serial munication to achieve the interconnection of distributed control mode. So, the design of integrated application of a variety of technical knowledge, such as pneumatic control technology, mechanical technology (mechanical transmission, mechanical connections), sensor technology, PLC control and working, stepping motor position control and inverter technology.
