【正文】 I 摘 要 液力變矩器作為液力傳動(dòng)裝置的一種,廣泛的應(yīng)用在在汽車、工程機(jī)械、化工機(jī)械中 , 起著傳動(dòng)和變矩的重要作用。 它 是 以液體為工作介質(zhì),利用液體動(dòng)能來傳遞能量的流體傳動(dòng) 。 隨著 液力傳動(dòng) 技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展 , 現(xiàn)代 液力變矩器以平穩(wěn)性好,變矩效果明顯等優(yōu)點(diǎn)被越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用并且不斷在改進(jìn)。所以,提高液力變矩器自主研發(fā)能力對(duì) 我們 來說是十分重要的。 本 論文 主要研究 的是 CL165 液力變矩器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) , 而葉片設(shè)計(jì)又是液力變矩器設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中的 中重要部分 , 通過使用環(huán)量分配法 設(shè)計(jì) 葉片 旨在 使其 能夠達(dá)到 所需額定條件,從而實(shí)現(xiàn) 增加扭矩,動(dòng)力輸出等 要求 ,達(dá)到提高 傳動(dòng)效率 ,降低 損耗 。 關(guān)鍵詞:液力變矩器 葉片設(shè)計(jì) 環(huán)量分配法 II ABSTRACT Hydraulic torque converter as a kind of hydraulic transmission are widely used in the automobile, engineering machinery, chemical machinery, and play an important role in transmission and multiplication of torque. It is based on the liquid as the working medium, use kiic energy of the liquid to deliver the power。 With the rapid development of hydraulic transmission technology, modern torque converter with the good stability and the advantages of variable torque obvious effect is more widely used and constantly improving. Therefore , independent research and development to improve the ability to torque converter is very important to us. This thesis is studies on the CL165 torque converter Structure design, and the blade design is the torque converter in which an important part of the design . Through the use of blade circulation distribution method designed to enable it to achieve the required rating conditions, in order to achieve increased torque, power output and other requirements, to improve transmission efficiency, reduce losses.
