機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng) 學(xué)院名稱: 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù) 班 級(jí): 03 計(jì) 1 姓 名: 指導(dǎo)教師姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師職稱: 講師 2021 年 6 月 JIANGSU TEACHERS UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)( 論 文 ) 機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng) 摘要 : 本次設(shè)計(jì)主題是“機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)”,采用 為基本編程工具,數(shù)據(jù)庫用 Microsoft Access 2021 進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)旨在解決學(xué)校計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)房的上機(jī)、計(jì)費(fèi)、機(jī)房管理與維護(hù)、學(xué)生上機(jī)登記及管理等現(xiàn)存在于機(jī)房中的各種問題,經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的努力,機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)日益完善。而機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)中對(duì)學(xué)生上機(jī)的費(fèi)用計(jì)時(shí)管理是此系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵所在。目前只有少數(shù)機(jī)房應(yīng)用一些專業(yè)的管理軟件對(duì)機(jī)房進(jìn)行管理,且效果不盡人意。本系統(tǒng)從學(xué)生上機(jī)消費(fèi)管理為基本出發(fā)點(diǎn),涉 及到學(xué)生上機(jī)的計(jì)費(fèi)、帳戶的安全性、數(shù)據(jù)庫安全性等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),總結(jié)了以往機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),從安全性出發(fā),全新設(shè)計(jì)了此系統(tǒng)。 本文在對(duì)機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行總體介紹后,著重對(duì)系統(tǒng)的軟件部分進(jìn)行介紹,即對(duì)學(xué)生 上機(jī)收費(fèi)的 管理。本文先從軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)的角度來介紹所有的系統(tǒng)軟硬件資源,再介紹軟件的各項(xiàng)功能和界面。整個(gè)軟件開發(fā)的原則是 “ 簡(jiǎn)便實(shí)用、安全可靠 ” ,始終將系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)安全放在最重要的位置,綜合考慮多方實(shí)際需要,經(jīng)過反復(fù)實(shí)踐和修改,達(dá)到了令人滿意的結(jié)果。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng),數(shù)據(jù)安全,密碼保護(hù),計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng) school puter room management system Abstract: This design topic is school puter room management system , adoption is basic weave the distance tool, the database proceed the design with Microsoft Access school puter room management system aim is in last machine that resolve school calculator puter room, charge, puter room management and maintenance, student inter access register and management wait now exsit in puter room of every kind of problem, through several years39。 development, the puter room manages the system already and increasingly the school puter room management system inside is the key place of this system to the management of student39。s only there is a handful of engine room the applied some professional management software proceed the management to the engine room, and the result do not do person39。s system is from the student machine management for basic point of departure, involve the student safety, database safety etc. a few aspects of the charge, bank account of ascending the machine proceed the design, tallying up the former engine room manage the advantage of the system, setting out from the safety, all new designed this system. This text emphasize to proceed the introduction to the software part of the system after managing the total introduction in proceeding in system to the engine room, namely to the management of student39。s text first angle realized from the software to introduce the soft hardware in all systems resources, then introduce various functions of the software with the principle of whole software development is a simple and practical, safety dependable, putting the system data safety always in the most important position, synthesize the consideration in many ways effective demand, passes by to practice again and again with modify, e to give a satisfaction of result.
