南 京 理 工 大 學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 (論文 ) 作 者 : 學(xué) 號: 0716120223 學(xué)院 (系 ): 材料科學(xué)與工程 專 業(yè) : 材料科學(xué)與工程 題 目 : 三輥行星軋制復(fù)合管的組織分析 指導(dǎo)者: (姓 名 ) (專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù) ) 評閱者: (姓 名 ) (專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù) ) 2021 年 6 月 教授 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書(論文)中文摘要 三輥行星軋機 (Pla Schrage Walzwerk ,簡稱 PSW)是 一種軋制變形量大,軋制溫度高的先進(jìn)軋制機械,被應(yīng)用于軋制半成品或成品圓棒無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)等,并應(yīng)用到銅管材生產(chǎn)中,成功地軋制出完全再結(jié)晶的細(xì)晶銅管材 。 由于具有許多獨特的優(yōu)點,自七十年代以來一直受到人們的關(guān)注, 目前國內(nèi)外有眾多專家對其展開研究。 本文介紹三輥行星軋機的結(jié)構(gòu)、傳動原理和軋制原理,并概括了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。 對三 輥行星軋制過程中停機取樣獲得的銅鋁復(fù)合 管( Aluminum clad copper tube ,簡稱 ACC) 進(jìn)行實驗,觀察復(fù)合管不同變形量下的金相組織,測定復(fù)合管在不同變形量下的硬度值。通過比較分析可知,銅鋁后復(fù)合管 在大變形軋制后,晶粒逐漸細(xì)化、均勻, 硬度 隨著變形程度的增大而 增加 , 但達(dá)到峰值后會急劇下降,最終穩(wěn)定下來,其值略大于軋前。 關(guān)鍵詞: 行星軋制;三輥行星軋機;微觀組織;大變形 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書(論文)外文摘要 Title The Organization Analysis of Three Rollers Plas Rolling Multipleunit tube Abstract Three roller mill (Pla Walzwerk Schrage, as PSW) is a advanced rolling machinery of large deformation rolling and high temperature rolling, Being applied to product rolling semifinished products or round rods seamless steel tube production, and being application to product copper tube, it rolled out finegrain copper tube of perfect recrystallization successfully, due to it has many unique advantages, it had been concerned since the 1970s, and now many experts at home and abroad are researching it. This paper not only introduced the three rollers plas mill’s structure, transmission principle and rolling principle but also summarized the research situation at home and abroad. Experiment the Aluminum clad copper tube (ACC) which was got from rolling stop sampling, observe the multiunit tube’s metallographic anization under different deformation, determinate the multiunit tube’s metallographic anization in different deformation. Through the parison and analysis, we know rolled ACC’s grain size refining and uniform gradually, hardness increases as deformation degree, but it would drop dramatically after the peck and settle eventually, its value is slightly bigger than rolling before.
