【正文】 北華大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 石墨電極鏜孔專機機械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 北華大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 摘 要 石墨電極是電弧爐煉鋼或其他電冶金行業(yè)的重要導(dǎo)電材料,隨著電弧爐煉鋼和其他電冶金行業(yè)的發(fā)展,石墨電極生產(chǎn)已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟中不可缺少的部門之一,在國家歷次發(fā)布的技術(shù)發(fā)展政策中均被列為重點發(fā)展內(nèi)容。 本文主要 討論石墨電極鏜孔專機機械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,主要包括機床床身結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計,托 料架的設(shè)計,夾具及夾緊機構(gòu)的設(shè)計。通過 GSK96 數(shù)控系統(tǒng) 和 PLC 實現(xiàn)專機的自動控制。石墨電極接頭生產(chǎn)采用數(shù)控加工,其優(yōu)點是加工質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、可靠加工精度高、具有高度柔性、生產(chǎn)率高、改善勞動 條件、利于生產(chǎn)管理,減輕工作人員壓力,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高經(jīng)濟效益。 關(guān)鍵 詞: 石墨電極; 夾緊機構(gòu);夾具; GSK96北華大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 Abstract Graphite electrode is an important conductive material for the electric arc furnace steelmaking or other electric metallurgical industry. With the development of the electric arc furnace steelmaking and other electric metallurgical industry, the production of graphite electrodes has bee an indispensable one of the sectors in the national economy, and was classified as key development of content each time in our country39。s technology development policies in the past. With graphite electrode boring plane mechanical system design were discussed in this paper, mainly including the design of the machine tool lathe bed structure, rack design, design of fixture and clamping mechanism. Through GSK96 and PLC digital control system to realize automatic control. Graphite electrode joint production adopts numerical control processing, its advantage is that machining quality is stable, reliable, high precision, highly flexible, high productivity, improve working conditions, conducive to production management, reduce the staff pressure, reduce the production cost, improve the economic benefit.
