單位代碼 01 學(xué) 號 _ _ 分 類 號 _ TN713+.4__ 密 級 ___ ___ 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 低通濾波器電路設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn) 院(系)名稱 專 業(yè) 名 稱 學(xué) 生 姓 名 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 2021 年 5 月 10 日 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 第 I 頁 低通濾波器電路設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘 要 濾波器是一種二端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)。它具有選擇頻率的特性, 即可以讓某些頻率順利通過,而對其它頻率則加以阻攔 。 目前由于在雷達(dá)、微波、通訊等部門,多頻率工作越來越普遍,對分隔頻率的要求也相應(yīng)提高 , 所以需用大量的濾波器。再則,微波固體器件的應(yīng)用對濾波器的發(fā)展也有推動作用,像參數(shù)放大器、微波固體倍頻器、微波固體混頻器等一類器件都是多頻率工作的,都需用相應(yīng)的濾波器。 低通濾波器是一個通過低頻信號而衰減或抑制高頻信號的部件。 理想濾波器電路的頻響在通帶內(nèi)應(yīng)具有一定幅值和線性相移,而在阻帶內(nèi)其幅值應(yīng)為零。有源濾波器是指由放大電路及 RC 網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)成的濾波器電路,它實(shí)際上是一種具有特定頻率 響應(yīng)的放大器。濾波器的階數(shù)越高,幅頻特性衰減的速率越快,但 RC 網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)數(shù)越多,元件參數(shù)計算越繁瑣,電路的調(diào)試越困難。根據(jù)指標(biāo),本次設(shè)計選用有源二階巴特沃斯低通濾波器可達(dá)到本次設(shè)計要求的指標(biāo),可調(diào)增益部分通過電壓跟隨器和反相放大器來實(shí)現(xiàn)可調(diào)增益。 關(guān)鍵詞: 低通濾波器,巴特沃斯濾波器,頻率響應(yīng) 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 第 II 頁 Lowpass filter circuit design and Achieve Author: Shang Shiwei Tutor: Song Jiayou Abstract Filter is a kind of twoport work. Moreover, the application of microwave solid device for the development of the filter can boost, as parameters amplifiers, microwave solid times frequency device, microwave solid mixers, kind of device is working frequency, need corresponding filter. Low pass filter is a through the low frequency signal and attenuation or inhibit the high frequency signal ponents. Ideal filter circuit frequency response in bandpass should have certain amplitude and linear phase shift, and in which the amplitude with inner resistance should be zero. Active filter is to point to by amplifying circuit and work structure of RC filter circuit, it is actually a particular frequency response of the amplifier. The order number of filter, the higher amplitude frequency characteristics of the attenuation rate faster, but RC work39。s day, more ponent parameters are calculated the more detailed, the more difficult the missioning of the circuit. According to the index, the design choose active second order bart wo lowpass filter can achieve the design requirements of the index, adjustable gain through the voltage of follow and reversedphase amplifier to achieve adjustable gain.
