【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) 1 摘 要 廢 水 處 理 廠 設(shè) 計 規(guī) 模 10000m3/d , 設(shè) 計 水 質(zhì) 水 量 為 : Q=10000m3/d ,CODcr=850mg/L, BOD5=220mg/L, SS=250 mg/L, 色度 500 倍。經(jīng)處理后,應(yīng)達(dá)到下列出水水質(zhì): COD≤100mg/ L, BOD5≤20mg/ L , SS≤70mg/ L,色度 ≤50 倍 , 達(dá) 《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》( GB89781996)中一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 。 本工程方案設(shè)計依據(jù)有關(guān)環(huán)境保護(hù)在污水中的要求,采用水解酸化 —SBR—混凝沉淀工藝處理紡織印染廢水,在詳細(xì)方案 比較 的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了如下處理工藝流程 : 印染廢水 → 格柵 → 調(diào)節(jié)池 → 水解酸化 →SBR→ 混凝沉淀池 → 消毒池 → 出水 污泥外運(yùn) ← 污泥脫水 ← 濃縮池 經(jīng)設(shè)計可知 ? COD=%, ? BOD5=%,ηSS=%,色度 93%。且節(jié)約用地、提高綠化、降低能耗的理念在設(shè)計中得到充分的實(shí)踐,符合新時代環(huán)保的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞:印染廢水 水解酸化 SBR 混凝 Abstract The designing scale of waste water treatment plant is 10000 m3/d, the designing quality 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) 2 and quantity of water are: Q=10000m3/d,CODcr=850mg/L, BOD5=220mg/L, SS=250 mg/L,Color degree=500 times. After disposing of it, the quality of water should attain the following standards: COD≤100mg/L, SS≤70mg/L, Chroma ≤ 50 times,reaching theⅠstandard of Integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 89781996). The design of this project is in accordance with requirements of the environmental protection in the wastewater. It uses the hydrolytic acidificationSBRcoagulationsedimentation process to deal with the wastewater in textile printing. Based on parison of the detailed program, we select the following processes: Printing and Regulating Hydrolytic SBR dyeing wastewater → Grids→ pond → acidification→pond ↓ Carry Dehydrate Pool Coagulation out Sludge← Sludge ←enrichment←sedimentation tanks→ Drainage Through designing, we can know that the result of ? COD is %,? BOD5 is %,ηSS is %,color degree is 93%. It not only gains good economic and social benefits, but also fully puts the ideas of saving land economically, improving virescence and reducing energy consuming into the practice while designing, which is in conformity with new era environmental needs.
