武漢工程大學本科畢業(yè)設計論文 I 含錳廢水處理 _畢業(yè)設計 摘 要 錳是環(huán)境水質污染物的重要重金屬監(jiān)測指標之一,由于我國錳礦床多為中小型礦床,制約了錳礦山建設的規(guī)模,現(xiàn)有錳礦山生產(chǎn)能力普遍較小。全國年消耗1000 萬 噸 以上,居世界首位,但我國錳礦資源相對缺乏,富礦較少,在大量錳礦的開采和深加工過程中由于設備和處理技術等各方面的制約,使我國的含錳廢料和含錳廢水污染較為嚴重。本設計含錳廢水污水處理站日處理量為 1200m3/d,進水的 CODCr為 200mg/L, pH 為 , SS 為 150mg/L,出水 CODCr為 100mg/L,pH 為 69, SS 為 70mg/L。 本設計采用石灰乳沉淀錳離子,先將石灰乳和廢水混合使廢水的 pH到達 以上 , ?2Mn 在水中溶解氧的作用下迅速氧化為 2MnO 析出 ,加入絮凝劑,通過初沉池、二沉池絮凝沉淀 2MnO ,錳離子的去除率為 %。該工藝處理過的出水可以達到《污水綜合排放標準 —— GB89781996》的一級標準。 武漢工程大學本科畢業(yè)設計論文 II Abtract Manganese is one of the important indicators of heavy metal monitoring pollutants in water environment, because our country manganese deposit more for small and mediumsized deposits, restricted the construction scale of the manganese ore mountain, mountain existing manganese ore production capacity is generally small. The author elaborates the manganese wastewater pollution control, and analysis has been made in research on governance, so as to provide reference for related research. This design contains manganese wastewater sewage treatment station, capacity is 3600m3/d, CODCr is 200 mg/L water, pH , SS is 150 mg/L, effluent CODCr is 100 mg/L, pH for 6~ 9,SS is 70 mg/L. This design USES lime precipitation manganeseion, mix lime milk and the waste water first, join flocculating agent, through the heavy precipitation pool, pond, at the beginning of the manganese ion removal rate was %.
