漳州市東區(qū)污水處理廠工藝設(shè)計 【摘要】 本設(shè)計是位于福建 省 漳州市的漳州市東區(qū)污水處理廠工藝設(shè)計, 隨著社會進(jìn)步,人們對于城市污水的處理的要求愈加嚴(yán)格。除了基本的去除污水中 BOD 和 SS 的要求外,通常還要求脫氮除磷,以保護(hù)水體環(huán)境。 根據(jù)污水進(jìn)水水質(zhì),以及所需要滿足的出水要求 , 本設(shè)計即采用了眾多脫氮除磷工藝中較為經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的 AAO 工藝對進(jìn)入污水廠的污水進(jìn)行處理。 且該工藝對水質(zhì)水量變化及沖擊負(fù)荷適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、處理效果穩(wěn)定可靠、運(yùn)行模式靈活 ,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同運(yùn)行工況 , 充分發(fā)揮各種處理工藝的特點(diǎn) ,對污水進(jìn)行有針對性的處理。 設(shè)計污 水處理廠日處理能力 10 萬噸,有效去除水中 BOD、 SS 以及氮、磷元素,出水質(zhì)量將達(dá)到國家污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)二級標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 。本設(shè)計對污水處理廠處理流程、處理構(gòu)筑物、以及高程進(jìn)行了初步設(shè)計。 【 關(guān)鍵詞 】 : A2/O ,生物脫氮除磷 ,水污染治理,城市污水 The design of process of Zhangzhou Easten sewage plant Abstract: This design is a sewage treatment plant which located in the east region of Zhangzhou city of Fujian social progress, the demand for people39。s treatment of the municipal sewage is the demands of BOD and SS in the sewage, demand of denitrification and phosphorous removal yet usually acts as a basic one, in order to protect the water body environment .According to the quality of sewage and demand of effluent ,we have adopted A2/ O craft to deal with the sewage which enters the sewage factory in this design. Also, anther reason is that the adaptability of quality and quantity、 impact load of the process will be much , the treatment effect is stable and reliable. With a flexible operation mode, you can achieve different operation conditions easily and give full play to the characteristics of the various treatment processes and targeted processing of sewage .The design of this sewage treatment plant has the processing capacity of 100000 tons and the effective removal of BOD in water and the SS as well as nitrogen, phosphorus. And, the water quality will achieve the second standards of the national wastewater discharge standards. This paper introduces the principles of biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal with the A2/ O process and describes the flow chart of this process which is then analyzed In detail.
