【正文】 1 雙魚林學生公寓信息管理系統(tǒng) 學號 :******** 姓名 :********* 指導老師 :******** 摘要 : 隨著計算機 技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展 ,在現(xiàn)代化社會中 ,各種信息的處理基本都是由計算機來完成的。在本課題中，我們要用計算機技術(shù)實現(xiàn)學生公寓信息的管理。在沒有計算機之前，所有的信息記錄都是由人工記錄維護，不但不方便，還經(jīng)常出錯，有了計算機就可以方便的對各種信息進行查詢和維護了。 作為高校的學生公寓信息管理系統(tǒng) ,它涉及到大量的學生信息 ,各個學生的住宿信息 ,以及學生交納費用的各種信息，信息種類多 ,信 息量大 ,如果一切都靠人工操作管理 ,不但查找不方便 ,維護也更是噩夢 ,作為計算機信息管理的一名學生 ,更有義務(wù)通過計算機實現(xiàn)對這些信息的科學化管理 ,也能通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計鍛煉自己獨立開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的能力。 在這個系統(tǒng)中，我們使用了 B/S 結(jié)構(gòu)的軟件體系，采用的是 asp 動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計技術(shù)和 access 輕量級數(shù)據(jù)庫，可以靈活地管理各種信息。系統(tǒng)包括四大功能模塊：學生信息管理，公寓信息管理，住宿信息管理，交費信息管理。 2 abstract As the puter technology continuous developing,in modern society,every imformation processing is basicly acplished by puter. In this task we will realize the management of student apartment information by puter technology. Before when there are no puters,all the information is maintained by manual work, for this reason, it leads to inconvenience and the puter appears,all the information inquiry and and maintain can be processed by it conveniently. The student acmodation information management system e down to huge amount of students information, including personal information of every student and how much fees student need to pay。 it is very inconvenient if managing such huge amount of information by manually operation, and it will be a nightmare to maintaining. As a student who studying information management, how to manage those information scientifically by puter is more kind of obligation, it also practicing self ablility of independent development to puter systems.
