渤海大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) 學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng) student information management system 學(xué) 院(系): 工學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 自動化 學(xué) 號: 09060221 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 盛鑫 入 學(xué) 年 度: 2020 年 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 劉慧巍 完 成 日 期: 2020 年 5 月 10 日 渤海大學(xué) Bohai University 學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng) I 摘 要 隨著信息技術(shù)在管理上越來越深入而廣泛的應(yīng)用,管理信息系統(tǒng)的實施在技術(shù)上已逐步成熟。管理信息系統(tǒng)是一個不斷發(fā)展的新型學(xué)科,任何一個單位要生存要發(fā)展,要高效率地把內(nèi)部活動有機(jī)地組織起來,就必須建立與自身特點相適應(yīng)的管理信息系統(tǒng)。 學(xué)生成績管理系統(tǒng)主要提供方便高效的管理功能,該實現(xiàn)以下一些基本功能: :維護(hù)系統(tǒng)的 正常運(yùn)行和安全性設(shè)置,包括添加用戶、修改密碼、刪除用戶等等。 :實現(xiàn)對學(xué)校院系、專業(yè)、班級操作。包括:添加、修改、刪除院系、專業(yè)、班級等信息。這三個功能模塊各自獨立,完成學(xué)校的全部班級的管理。 :實現(xiàn)對學(xué)生的個人信息的管理工作,包括學(xué)籍添加、 學(xué)籍查詢、學(xué)籍修改等功能,從而方便學(xué)校管理部門對學(xué)校的基本情況的快速查詢和了解。 :該模塊對各個班級的課程進(jìn)行設(shè)置,并可在其中設(shè)置各門 課程的教材選用情況,方便了學(xué)校教材管理部門和教務(wù)處的教學(xué)管理人員的工作。該 模塊包括基本課程設(shè)置和班級課程設(shè)置兩個模塊。 :檢驗學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況的一個主要手段,本模塊包括考試類型 設(shè)置,共有期中考試和期未考試兩種類型,還設(shè)置了成績添加、成績查詢、成績?yōu)g覽、成績修改等功能模塊。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 數(shù)據(jù)庫 。ACCESS。數(shù)據(jù)庫 。VB 學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng) II Student Information Management System Abstract Along with the information technology in the management of a more profound and extensive application, management information systems implementation, technology has gradually matured.
