畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 多 功 能護(hù)理床的設(shè)計 院 別 自動化工程系 專業(yè)名稱 機(jī)械工程及自動化 班級學(xué)號 學(xué)生姓名 指導(dǎo)教師 2021 年 6 月 10 日 東北大學(xué)秦皇島分校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 第 I 頁 多能護(hù)理床的設(shè)計 摘 要 隨著人口老齡化速度的加快,護(hù)理業(yè)服務(wù)受到了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),醫(yī)療和社 會保險系統(tǒng)面臨前所未有的壓力 ,因此 為老年患者服務(wù)的護(hù)理型病床的需求正不斷增加。 針對這一現(xiàn)象,本文詳細(xì)論述了針對缺乏自理能力的老年人及行動不便的病人設(shè)計的多功能護(hù)理床的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和功能原理。該病床能夠幫助病人實(shí)現(xiàn)翻身、坐起、屈膝、排便及吃飯,解決了護(hù)理病人過程中的諸多不便,進(jìn)而 提高 了我國護(hù)理業(yè)服務(wù),有力地促進(jìn)了我國的醫(yī)療保健事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文首先基于人機(jī)工程學(xué),進(jìn)行了護(hù)理床總體方案的設(shè)計,根據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及調(diào)研結(jié)果,制定了護(hù)理床的設(shè)計原則,功能要求及設(shè)計指標(biāo);完成了護(hù)理床本體的總體方案設(shè)計。 然后,采用自上而下 的方法完成了護(hù)理床結(jié)構(gòu)詳細(xì)設(shè)計并給出了全套的設(shè)計圖。主要包括總體框架、抬腿部件、抬背部件、翻身部件等功能模塊。其中,排便部件極大地體現(xiàn)了對老年人的關(guān)懷。 關(guān)鍵詞: 醫(yī)療設(shè)備,護(hù)理床,機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計 東北大學(xué)秦皇島分校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 第 II 頁 The design of multifunctional care bed Author: Li Zhiyao Tutor: Zhao Yuqian Abstract With the speed of population ageing,care services industry has been in the face of and social insurance system is facing unprecedented pressure. Carebeds which serve the old patients are in increasing demand. In reaction to the phenomenon,the basic structure and functional principles of multifunctional carebeds which are designed for those old patients who lack of governance of themselves and those patients who lack of the ability to control their mobility are elaborated in the essay. Much inconvenience in the course of nursing patient can be resolved by the carebeds which can help patients turn over themselves,sit up,bend knees and also spot. This in turn augments nursing service in our country and effectively promotes the development of the cause of our health care . First of all,based on ergonomics,the nursing bed was overall designed in this to the relevant standards and design specifications。pleted the overall design of the overall framework, carried a leg,carry back parts,turn over parts function them, defecate parts greatly expression of the elderly care. Finally,the bed of all parts of the design the method of science, rigorous thinking and effective data obtained from all agencies of the nursing bed parts design standards and safety coefficient.
