【正文】 (公路 I級) 學(xué) 生 姓 名 專 業(yè) 名 稱 土木工程 專業(yè) 班級 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 土木工程系 題 目 2 2021 年 6 月 15 日 西柏坡高速公路跨南水北調(diào)工程橋梁設(shè)計(jì) (公路 I級) Design of Water Transfering SouthtoNorth Project Bridge on Xibaipo Expressway (HighwayI level) 摘 要 3 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是西柏坡高速公路跨南水北調(diào)工程的橋梁設(shè)計(jì)。本橋要求采用雙幅分離式橋;單幅橋面寬 米;安全等級為一級;設(shè)計(jì)車速為 100km/h 等。 本設(shè)計(jì)本著“安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、美觀、實(shí)用”的八字原則以及設(shè)計(jì)要求和地質(zhì)情況初步擬定了以下三個(gè)方案: 預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)箱梁橋 鋼管混凝土拋物線型拱拱橋 鋼管混凝土圓弧型拱拱橋。最 后從施工等多方面考慮比較確定預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)箱梁橋?yàn)樽罱K方案。 連續(xù)梁橋是工程上廣泛使用的一種橋型,它不但具有可靠的強(qiáng)度,剛度及抗裂性,而且具有行車舒適平穩(wěn),養(yǎng)護(hù)工作量小,設(shè)計(jì)及施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)成熟的特點(diǎn)。設(shè)計(jì)一座橋梁必須從橋跨布設(shè),尺寸擬定,鋼束布置以及施工方法等方面綜合考慮,還要充分考慮設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和環(huán)境影響。 本設(shè)計(jì)是主跨采用三跨一連連續(xù)梁橋,截面形式為單箱雙室,縱向變截面;施工方式是滿堂支架整體現(xiàn)澆。邊跨引橋是簡支空心板梁橋,采用預(yù)制裝配式施工方法。橋跨布置為: 9 16 ( 48 60 48 ) 9 16m m m m m? ? ? ? ? ?。 下 部結(jié)構(gòu)采用板式橡膠支座,三柱式墩,鉆孔灌注摩擦樁及重力式橋臺(tái)。 本設(shè)計(jì)主要闡述了該橋的設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算過程。首先進(jìn)行的是方案比選,對主橋進(jìn)行總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),然后對上部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行內(nèi)力、配筋計(jì)算,再進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度、應(yīng)力及變形驗(yàn)算,最后進(jìn)行下部結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算及驗(yàn)算。 具體包括以下幾部分內(nèi)容: 擬定三個(gè)方案; 橋型方案比選; 荷載組合; 配筋計(jì)算; 預(yù)應(yīng)力損失計(jì)算; 截面強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算; 截面應(yīng)力及變形驗(yàn)算; 下部結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算及驗(yàn)算。 關(guān)鍵字 : 預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土 ; 連續(xù)梁橋 ; 滿堂支架 ; 三柱式 橋墩 ; 鉆孔灌注樁 ; 重力式橋臺(tái) 摘 要 4 ABSTRACT This design is for Water Transferring SouthtoNorth project bridge on Xibaipo expressway. The continuous prestressed concrete box girder bridge。 2. The parabolic arch concrete filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge。 3. The circular arch concrete filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridges. Finally, after the parisons of design and construction, the continuous prestressed concrete box girder bridge is selected. The continuous beam bridge is a kind of bridge type used widely on the project. It not only has a reliable strength, stiffness and cracking, but also has a smooth journey fortable, conservation work on the design and construction experience of the characteristics of maturity. Design a bridge must be laid across from the bridgelaying, the size of the development, steel beam layout and construction methods. but also give full consideration to the design parameters and environmental impact. This is a design for a threespan continuous bridge, whose crosssection is twopartment, and changing on the road direction, constructed by pouring on site on full framing. Simply supported edge is hollow crossbridge approach slab bridge, the use of prefabricated construction methods. The spans of the design are 9 16m+(48m+60m+48m)+9 plate bearing ,bored piles, column piers and gravity abutment are adopted in the substructure of bridge. This essay focuses on the design and calculating process of the bridge. Firstly, pare and choose a best scheme form several bridge types。 and make an overall structure design of the main span.
