【正文】 單位代碼 10 學(xué) 號(hào) 082501170 分 類 號(hào) TP315 密 級(jí) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 高校人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 院（系）名稱 專 業(yè) 名 稱 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù) 學(xué) 生 姓 名 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 2021 年 5 月 15 日 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 第 I 頁(yè) 高校人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和 網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的日益普及，高校人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)的使用越來(lái)越廣泛，幾乎所有的檔案管理系統(tǒng)處于商業(yè)用途，對(duì)其開發(fā)技術(shù)視 為商業(yè)機(jī)密，尤其是其網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議數(shù)據(jù)包的設(shè)計(jì)最為保密，所以對(duì)于檔案管理系統(tǒng)研究以及開發(fā)出一個(gè)實(shí)用的檔案管理系統(tǒng)十分必要 。 高校人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)典型的檔案管理系統(tǒng) ,其開發(fā)過程主要包括后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立和維護(hù)以及前端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)兩個(gè)方面。對(duì)于前者要求建立起數(shù)據(jù)一致性和完整性強(qiáng)、數(shù)據(jù)安全性好的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。而對(duì)于后者則要求其應(yīng)用程序具有功能完備 ,易使用等特點(diǎn)。 本文首先概要的描述了檔案管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景和在軟件開發(fā)過程中用到的開發(fā)技術(shù)以及優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并把研究重點(diǎn)放在局域網(wǎng)中。接著對(duì)局域網(wǎng)檔案管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行可行性研究，指出了軟 件開發(fā)的目標(biāo)和可行性。然后對(duì)軟件進(jìn)行需求分析，確定了用戶對(duì)軟件的各種需求。由此進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì)，劃分出軟件的各功能模塊。再接著對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，再對(duì)軟件進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)，最后是軟件測(cè)試，從中發(fā)現(xiàn)軟件開發(fā)中所出現(xiàn)的問題，并進(jìn)行修改，使軟件的健壯性更強(qiáng)。 經(jīng)過分析 ,我們以 B/S 為開發(fā)模式，運(yùn)用 JS、 JSP（ JAVA SERVER PAGES）和 JAVA編程語(yǔ)言，以 MySQL[7~11]、 DREAMWEAVER、 TOMCAT 為開發(fā)平臺(tái)，開發(fā)出了一個(gè)高校人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)。此系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了高校人事檔案管理的各種工作流程計(jì)算機(jī)管理化，其中包括對(duì)高校人事檔案的錄入、添加、更新、刪除，以及用戶對(duì)高校人事檔案的查詢和對(duì)個(gè)人信息及個(gè)人密碼的修改。在實(shí)踐中可以對(duì)初始原型系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求迭代 ,不斷修正和改進(jìn) ,直到形成用戶滿意系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 人事檔案， java， B/S 黃河科技學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 第 II 頁(yè) The personnel file management system design and implementation Author:Li Minghuai Tutor:Zhao Wenan Abstract With the development of puter technology and work technology is being increasingly popular, the university personnel file management system is used more and more widely, almost all of the file management system in mercial use, the technical development as trade secrets, especially its work protocol packet design is most confidential, so for the archives management system research and development of a the utility of the file management system is very necessary. University personnel file management system is a typical file management system, its development process, including the backend database establishment and maintenance of the frontend application development aspects. For the former requirement to establish data consistency and integrity, data security database. Forthe latter requires the application has a fullfeatured, easy to use features. This paper briefly describes the development of archive management system background and the software development process used in the development of technology as well as advantages, and is focused on local area work. Then on the local area work file management system feasibility study, pointed out the goal in software development and feasibility. Then the software needs analysis, identified the various needs of users of the software. The overall design, divided into software modules. Then the system detailed design, the software implementation, finally is a software testing, found from the software development in the problems, and make changes, so that the robustness of the software.
