【正文】 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 (畢業(yè)論文 ) I 摘 要 倉庫管理 系統(tǒng) 是一般工業(yè)、商業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理環(huán)節(jié)中重要的一環(huán)，加強(qiáng)倉庫管理，不但有算得出、看得到的效益，還可以大大提高管理隊(duì)伍的素質(zhì)，加強(qiáng)職工的增產(chǎn)節(jié)約意識、愛護(hù)財(cái)產(chǎn)意識和學(xué)習(xí)科技的意識，使科學(xué)管理形成共識，并可以減少物資設(shè)備各個環(huán)節(jié)上的矛盾。一般的倉庫管理系統(tǒng)，需要對倉庫基本信息管理、倉庫調(diào)配信息等進(jìn)行完整的監(jiān)控。倉庫入庫首先要登記物資的基本信息，包括物資的種類、名稱、型號、單位、單價(jià)等；然后登記物資入庫信息，包括物資基本信息、入庫地點(diǎn)、入庫人、經(jīng)辦人、數(shù)量等；根據(jù)物資的入庫、出庫過程的綜合，得 到各種物資 剩余 的信息，方便進(jìn)行后續(xù)工作。因此倉庫管理信息系統(tǒng)需要紀(jì)錄物資流通的全過程。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷提高，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)不斷發(fā)展，其強(qiáng)大的功能已經(jīng)被人們深刻認(rèn)識，它已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了人類社會的各個領(lǐng)域并 發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。使用計(jì)算機(jī)對產(chǎn)品庫存信息進(jìn)行管理，具有 人工管理無法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，它檢索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存儲量大、保密性好、壽命長、成本低等，可減少更多的人力物力，這些都能夠極大地提高貨品庫存的管理效率，也是企業(yè)庫存管理科學(xué)化、正規(guī)化，與世界接軌的重要條件。 本論文共分 六 部分，第一部分是 緒論 ，簡要論述 了 倉庫系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的目的及意義并對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析 ； 第二部分是系統(tǒng)概述部分，簡單概述了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工具及開發(fā)的目標(biāo)和基本功能；第三 部分是系統(tǒng)分析部分，從系統(tǒng)的需求分析到可行性分析，詳細(xì)的闡述了“ 倉庫管理系統(tǒng)”系統(tǒng)分析的全過程。第四 部分是系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)部分，主要包括系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)。第 五 部分為系統(tǒng) 實(shí)施 部分，闡述了“ 倉庫管理系統(tǒng)”的主要功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)及模塊所實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本功能 。 第六部分是系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行與測試部分，主要敘述了系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊的測試， 最后是 參考文獻(xiàn) 和 致謝 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：倉庫管理 信息化 系統(tǒng)化 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 (畢業(yè)論文 ) II Abstract Warehouse Management System is a general industrial, mercial, production management aspects of an important part in strengthening warehouse management, not only count reached, see benefits, but also can greatly improve the quality of the management team to strengthen the awareness of workers increase savings, care of property awareness and learning of science and technology awareness, so that a consensus of scientific management and all aspects of materials and equipment can reduce the conflicts.
