電子工程系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 I 摘要 針對(duì)晶體管串聯(lián)提供穩(wěn)壓電源的具有體積很大而且笨重的工頻變壓器,體積和重量都很大的濾波器,占用較大空間,質(zhì)量較大,效率較低不適用現(xiàn)在電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展的的缺點(diǎn),提出了發(fā)展新型電源的意見(jiàn)。為了能夠適用電力電子越小型化、輕型化的要求,開(kāi)關(guān)電源隨之出現(xiàn)。 開(kāi)關(guān)電源采用功率半導(dǎo)體作為開(kāi)關(guān)元件,通過(guò)周期性通斷開(kāi)關(guān),控制開(kāi)關(guān)元件的占空來(lái)調(diào)整輸出電壓,因?yàn)殚_(kāi)關(guān)電源是直接對(duì)電網(wǎng)電壓進(jìn)行整流、濾波、調(diào)整,不需要電源變壓器,工作頻率高,濾波電容小、電感小,所以體積相對(duì)較小,而且開(kāi)關(guān)電源的功耗較低,對(duì)電網(wǎng)的適用能力強(qiáng),所以開(kāi) 關(guān)電源的應(yīng)用逐漸取代了傳統(tǒng)的電源。開(kāi)關(guān)電源的發(fā)展促使了電力電子器件朝著輕薄化的發(fā)展,開(kāi)關(guān)電源有多種拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),選擇合適的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),合適的器件,是設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)關(guān)電源的重中之重。 關(guān)鍵字 :開(kāi)關(guān)電源;拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu);穩(wěn)壓管;芯片 電子工程系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 II Abstract Series to provide power supply for the transistor with large and bulky sizefrequency transformers, size and weight are great filters, occupy a larger space, the quality of larger, less efficient not apply to the development of electronic technology is now the paper proposed the development of new power views.
