This software is precisely conveyanceindustry demanded . It can record to go into the information that the user provide Cleanly,fastsearching means and reasonabledispatcher degree method, and the safety that raised quickly in the management, uses the minimal manpower, material resources to attain the best management exactly is the dream of governor ， the demanding of businessenterprise`s development。This is also the purpose that develops this software. This paper sets out from the developmethod of the management software of transportpany’s business, describes essentially the importation mold and the system mold elaborated that the dispatch and inquiry module of the business management, explain the basic calculatethought, mean the method, system workflowing and code testing and system realization`s step in the end, and according to some mature IV software to carry on the evaluation parison, learns from others strong points to plement one`s weaknesses.
